Does this printer also work as a UV printer, can it do stickers to? I want to be able to print tshirts and do like cup wraps or sign wraps without using heat.
Hello, this would not fall in the category of UV printing. Stay tuned for updates but this machine will prepare traditional DTF transfers that can be applied to a wide variety of items with a heat press
Im thinking of switching to dtf from white toner but to tell you honestly. I'd rather have white toner than dtf. dtf is too slow. its like 17-20 mins per shirt. just know the right temp of white toner and i think its better.
We are big fans of both! I think the overall time is pretty comparable when you factor in the 2 minutes of marrying A+B sheets for a single white toner transfer and if print speed is concern we offer DTF machines capable of 100+ sq ft/hour. The added bonus of being able to run hours of hands free DTF production is a nice bonus as well:)

Hi, how do I increase the thickness as well as whiter? I tried to print a white design for black garment but after pressing I could see the underneath (black garment) and the white design is not so white. Thank you
Hello there, white can be adjusted in the CADlink software but I would defer to our tech dept as far as the best way to do that. I will update your support ticket to include this assistance as well right now
It depends on 2 elements: - first you have to shake very well the white ink before you refill ink tank - Second you have to increase the white ink rate in Acrorip, you can use about 80%. That depends on your experience and the quality of your printhead.
Hey there! Print time will vary depending on what machine, powdering by hand can take seconds to apply and shake and then the drying of the power/wet ink can range from 1 to 2 minutes depending on drying method. Transfers are applied in 15 to 20 seconds so overall this is a very fast process!
Hello, UPS ground can take 1-5 business days once sent out depending on where the product is coming from and being delivered to. Some larger equipment may require freight delivery and expedited options are available as well for in stock products
Hello, firstly the ink cost will be much lower as DTG level ink for a garment would be too excessive to layer on film. Second, when purchasing roll quantity film your cost per print is greatly reduced as well. Lastly, the powder is applied only where the ink is so purchasing by the kilogram will be very low per print. Folks are reporting a lb yielding an entire roll of printing. Very efficient, profitable process
