Audio books are very good for people who have poor eye sight or are visually impaired, or because of health issues can't settle down to read, its easy too forget those people but it very important they are not excluded from the joy of books.

Having an audio book is also making the book accessible for people who have a disability that makes reading physical books hard or impossible, that is something to keep in mind too! :D

Amazing! Congrats! I know what you mean about wanted people to buy the physical book but Audio books are so important. I'll be buying it for my daughter who is dyslexic, a whole book is just too much for her to manage. Audio books are her world. So thank you x

You treat your audience as friends, and I do feel like you've been such a wonderful companion for me when I desperately need one. You deserve every bit of success. LOVE the fact that you did your own audio book! And I think audio books are so important, me being someone that lives far away from my family, I spend a lot of time in the car on six hour long car journeys and even though I love to listen to my playlists I absolutely love listening to audio books! I'm very excited to buy the book and listen to it in the car! :) So happy for you!

Audiobooks are also for people with visual impairment, or particular learning difficulties that may make reading not possible.

I think it was such a good idea to narrate the audiobook yourself. The nature of your connection to your audience is so personal, it definitely would be strange to hear another's voice speaking your thoughts. I love audiobooks - I'm an English Literature lecturer, so I read a lot for work, but I listen to audiobooks for pleasure and some of my favourite books have been audiobooks. I know a lot of work goes into the aesthetics of the book, but a sign of a good book is one that can be enjoyed without the added aesthetics: the words, emotions, and ideas are the most important aspects. Congratulations on this achievement!

I don't intend to buy the book because the shipping price will be as high as the actual price of the book if not higher. So, it is good that there is an audio version of the book, that will be definitely what I'm buying. Thank you for providing multiple choices, also the fact that you are going to record the audio is a plus. You may not know it but you have the voice for it. I usually open your videos and work on my thesis while listening to them.
