I think you forgot to mention that Clever fighter also increases the SPD necessary to get doubled by 10

I like Res Wave > Atk Wave. Its usually easier to make Res checks than Atk checks and I like the Scowl effect more than +5Atk and 5 healing. Just sucks that Res Wave is Dragon locked. Definitely debatable tho.

Glad to see that Surge Sparrow at least managed to get to B-tier at least. It's outdated, yes but still has its uses. In my experience using that skill, I managed to squeeze out the most value out of it in Tempest Trials since I don't often use healers unless they are a bonus unit. Also in Arena, I tend to run Surge on my Duelist-type units - as in the melee units that can take a hit during initiating combat before hulk-smashing the foe with a Special and healing up health.

I would argue that Speed Wave 4 is at least S. The fact that you can get nfu without having to run it in the S slot is crazy cuz it means you have space for distance counter if you have a preference A slot or want to run an A slot that doesn’t lose to panic like far bonus doubler or [bonus] stealing. You can outsource nfu as a [bonus] but with NERGAL being one of the best tank breakers/ supports rn he can take it away which destroys your speedy Omni tank potential. Also, you can run it on ANYONE most characters that want it like tanks can run Laguz friend instead of pulse skills. I think your logic is tho that it doesn’t have supportive abilities like most of the S+ passives but I do think it deserves S. Found it interesting that Attack wave 4 is your favorite out of the bunch. Fehology thinks it’s the worst one out of the bunch based on his goldmary banner reaction.

Back when Sturdy Impact was new I thought how can they powercreep this? Then atk/spd solo 4 was new I was thinking wow this is so strong, then atk/spd catch, then surge sparrow, then atk/spd clash, then flared sparrow or however the order of release went. Now they combined Bonus Doubler with DC like what's next? Clash + DC? Laguz Friend + DC💀?

Beast threaten on reyson in arena is pretty useful

Here's the problem with the current set of skills: whats the point of being an armor (and having 1 mov) if you don't have the best skills? Ideally the balance is the better you can move the worst your skill selection is, and the current infantry/flier love is >>> armors

With laguz friend being the way it is I kind of wonder what they will do with hardy fighter when a 4 comes out

Next - Support unit tier list

Crazy that Flow Desperation and Desperation 4 aren't that high, despite having a really good effect. Flow Desperation at least having half NFU is strong, but you are right, the powercreep is out of control this year. The graphic designer for these skills is working that overtime. Edit: One other thing about Breath of Life 4, if the user is the BoL4 holder, and they are hit by residual AoE damage, the skill kinda fails. I see people run that on Emblem Ike, but he is hit by residual AoE, then is finished by another unit. Ike doesn't actually get any healing and ends up dying. So it still has a small weakness in that regard.

i got a spare brave alfonse. who do i fodder his skills to? im thinking Arion off the grail list? or maybe Cormag since i built him already. i really need a red unit tbh. who are my best options? preferably 4*s.

Surprised to see Bond 4 skills listed higher than the Finish skills. Bond 4 is tricky in that you have to be RIGHT next to an ally, Finish gives you a little more leeway and built in healing. I will say the Unity skills have aged like fine wine with the penalties into bonus effect. Catch and Ideal are temporary, Unity is forever.
