Priscilla Presley paid tribute to her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley at her Graceland memorial service on Sunday with an emotional eulogy.
Following a speech from Jerry Schilling, the 77-year-old actress and businesswoman took to the stand. "I'm going to read something that my granddaughter wrote for all of you, and this says it all," she began.

Loosing a child is the worse pain any parent can go through & I don't know this pain but I am sharing from my mother's account on her pain when my little sister passed away, than years later it would be her mom & as devastated as she was on her loss the worst pain was that of her child. RIP and my deepest and sincerest condolences to the Priscilla & Lisa Marie's children.... And like Elvis, Lisa Marie will forever live on in our hearts🌹

This is not always the case!! Priscilla is a loving woman. For a loving mother, the loss of a child is a tremendous pain. But there are also mothers in the world who do not care about children and do not worry about their own children. There are mothers who don't care if they lose their child! I know this so well because I was sent to a children's home as a baby. I was taken to different homes. They were closed. I went through so much abuse. So much suffering! So there are mothers who don't mind losing their child!!! I know this from my life!

My God, this is so heartbreaking to hear. A mother's loss will never diminish for as long as they live. I hope her son Navarone is a good son to Priscilla., she needed as much support these days. Losing a child is half of your heart died.

Died of grief... as the child of divorced parents... her father found dead... four failed marriages... her son committing suicide... and finally... a huge financial debt pit. What a tragedy...!!! Really sad. A parent losing her kid is heart breaking. To make things better and for everyone to feel less sadness Priscilla could have said that Lisa has gone to be with her Dad and they are happy together in each other’s company. Incredibly intense. Priscilla can suffer incredibly intensely and has an emotional depth. Elvis didn't know what a wonderful woman Priscilla is! But we are witnesses of a wonderful person. Priscilla is a lovable person!

you can always tell the actual poetry of ones life the quality of the poetry at your funeral. Judging by this her life was tawdry and vile as the poetry read at her funeral. No wonder she died young depressed and and a sad addict. Our appreciation of language must rise above this disgusting act of depravity if we are ever to reach the highs to which we aspire. Elvis's memory has been desicrated by this horrendous display but then again maybe history will revaluate Elvis as a gawdy spectacle, This is truly sad and will only further diminish his legacy

Now, I will comment. I'm so sorry for the loss of Lisa Marie. However now, she is reunited with her dad, the parent that actually Loved her unconditionally. Unfortunately, just the thought of how close Lisa Marie was with her father gouged her mother to the core from her birth. Also that Lisa was Elvis's blood and her jealousy never ended. I believe that will continue even though Lisa is gone. No wonder their relationship as mother and daughter was always tumultuous. She (pricilla) was a horrible mother. At least to Lisa. Jealousy is an ugly trait. Especially when your own daughter is the target and the one that's envied. RIP Lisa, Welcome home...God Speed

You apparently have not watched too many of the videos Lisa Marie and Priscilla did … Lisa, mainly talking about them being estranged early on when she was a teenager, but how close they became as Lisa grew older and became a Mother. I’m wondering where you got your information? How dare you trash a mother who has just buried her only daughter with information that has come from God only knows where. A trash can? I never saw them as having a very close relationship either. It mostly looked cold from many photos as well as during interviews. I believe there are many skeletons in the closet and not just the ones that belonged to Elvis ( his have all been put down in print or discussed in interviews) The rare times others were brought out the people were shut down. I guess if your character is being attacked while you're still alive to defend it the outcomes and face you show the public can be altered. As a woman who had a very close loving relationship with her mother I can honestly say I never saw it here except in very old photos with Lisa as a baby. Once Elvis died I saw very little of it.
