I got my hands on Microcosm and instantly wanted to try it out. Today's Lost Sector is Hydroponics Delta, which is more like a mini-NF so I think it's a good place to test new stuff in. Microcosm is great, it deals tons of damage to both shielded and unshielded enemies, and absolutely shreds most of them. It also provides a lot of transcendence energy both light and dark. The only issue is that it runs out of ammo fast so it can be tricky to manage it without some luck.
Prismatic subclass is very fun and combines tools from different subclasses into one convenient package. On a Hunter with the right build you can generate a lot of transcendence energy, and while transcendent you can chain spam the Hailfire Spike grenade and Stasis Shuriken while they get energy for each other. You can easily cast more than 5 Hailfire Spike grenades per single transcendence, which is absolutely great!
Pulse Rifles have also been buffed in the Final Shape, and finally they feel powerful enough to use! I am using Blast Furnace for this clear with Shoot to Loot and Frenzy.
I am still underlevelled, so this clear is on Expert difficulty as the main focus is the new Exotic and Prismatic. I am going to move to Master and GM content anyway very soon, as GMs are coming out on 25/06/2024.
