Got an ECR Employee Counseling Record within my first 2 years. I was a control booth n let an inmate outside, he then went inside the weight pile and after inside the gym. LT told me if he would've gotten killed how would've I explained it to his family. So I took it. Years later I probably would've responded "Aren't you just as guilty since you watched it all" 😂

Hey Sir, serious question: can you do a video on your recommended fitness guidelines for CDCR bootcamp? Such as the minimum level + fitness warrior level of - pushups, crunches, pull ups, jumping jacks, mile run? I have many steps to go but i passed step 2 on CDCR process of the written exam and am onto the background check. 👍
Hey Hector one time we were at a bar , we had shots of tequila, I went outside, and the wind hit me, then I walked dead drunk and I went into a little farm with horses and started chasing them playing then I passed out, then I felt the horses licking my face to wake me up, the farmi called the cops, they took me home, my brother put me on the couch, it was Xmas Eve, woke up to piss on the Christmas tree, then y also pissed on the wagon that my brother was got to give to his son, I woke up full of thorns and twigs, because I was falling down all over the place, ha,ha😅😂, man I was out of control back then, have a good day CACHETON, 😂❤
