The country desperately needs a hardline Home Secretary / Prime Minister who's going to show zero tolerance when it comes to crime and illegal immigration. The best statement the new Home Secretary can make is to order the immediate deportation of all illegal immigrants who unlawfully crossed the Channel, back to their place of birth and also let it be known that anyone crossing the Channel will not be given asylum but will face immediate deportation back to their country, not France.

Good afternoon Fader, greetings from Germany near Cologne. Let me thank the UK that after WWII they mended a part of the Cathedral so that it did not collapse completely. All my admiration to Montgomery (Monty) who in his calm and competent leadership helped our country. My concern now is a bit different after listening to Liz Truss, one should be careful with Russia, one really does not know what Putin's plans are, he only respects his own concept, "Standing up against Putin", is a very risky way, better "to help the Ukraine" - The UK, as member of the permanent security council should be careful, sometimes I think they like to provoke a war to show how militarily strong they are.

I’m 41 and I know this is not the first time the tories have done this. The only difference with this torie government, is even their predecessors would even be ashamed and embarrassed. To have a prime minister be fined by the police was something unheard off. Just couldn’t imagine it. She should never have been in politics after T.May sacked her for doing unofficial unsanctioned dodgy backroom deals with foreign states, and promising UK government backing. That is treasonous. Not to mention she should have been permanently fired after being done for bullying. Anyone else would be sacked for doing that in the workplace or to staff.

I stopped watching all forms of news for four weeks,, deleted all news apps, reset my TV and removed suggestions on my phone. I did it because I was fed up with being led on every twist and turn with the war and the embarrassing lack of local news reporting. It did me a world of good. As a Christian, the reporting of religious affairs has been woefully and criminally inadequate. Sky News has displaced God with politics. Please remember, this is just a job they are doing. Don't get sucked up in their work. Have a break once in awhile.
