In this video I improve on my existing privacy screen by transplanting a Redtwig Dogwood (Elangtissima) from the ground into an above ground planter resting on some concrete blocks. The intent is to elevate the plant so that it better blocks a neighbor's window, and increase the amount of sun available to the plant, to further promote robust growth. I've setup a second planter, but still need to decide on the plant species to install (future video).
