Gave up at 38 minutes - no wonder armies used to keep the sexes separated, keeps their minds on the job at hand instead of their hands on their colleagues. It's hard to comprehend in the 21st century we preserve the royals and football as our icons.

The reader's better then the writer.

A pity about the recording balance...the narrator swings from barely audible to fortissimo...very annoying.

Some very silly plot lines ...... I gave up after the lengths that Jack Morgan went to in order to obtain a firearm ...... what nonsense. They keep whittling on that Private is the largest detective company in the world ..... however poor Jack can't get a simple fire arm ....... absolutely nonsensical.....

By far his worse book. 🤑

A bit like #JohnnyEnglish, just boring and lengthy instead of funny and humorous.
