The current owner, British lighting executive, only paid $12.5mil for the estate, and by the looks of it has done nothing to enhance it, just the opposite in fact. The original owner/builder Bob Fisher had difficulty selling the property, it took several years and a major price reduction. Summerour & Associates out of Atlanta designed the home and did a fantastic job. The interiors were originally a proper English manor house and it fit the style of the home perfectly. Everything was curated and designed just for the home, including all the exquisite fabric window coverings that were sewn on site. Unfortunately, they appear to be long gone along most everything else. The current interior design is horrible and gaudy, does not fit the home at all, by the looks of it Madonna was the chief interior stylist. The grounds were spectacular and originally 50 acres. Have to imagine they were “fiddled” with too. Absolutely no one is going to pay anything remotely close to $50mil.

I’m sorry but this particular mansion just doesn’t appeal to me. But it’s great that this gentleman could afford such a property.

Today's housing market is overpriced by at least 40%. Would like the honest opinion of someone familiar with this segment of the market. Wondering what the annual upkeep costs, taxes, etc. are? A very nice spread for sure.

Whenever you hear the pushy, posh over the top detail speak...run, it's a scam. That house is gaudy, ugly (inside and out), horribly decorated, poorly outfitted, and overall bad...
