One to One Fitness is Cleveland's premier fitness center dedicated to serving you and your health and wellness needs! A department of CWRU, but available to the public, too!
Our private rooms are available to rent to keep up with your exercise routine while also having complete distancing from others. Our Private Trainer's Studio is located directly off the lobby. This room is equipped with racks, barbells, plates, kettlebells, medicine and slam balls, battle ropes, TRX, heavy bags and spin bike. Rooms are thoroughly disinfected between uses.
