You're missing the point. The PE folks bought the CrossFit name and just want to slap it on a "scalable product" (and they've finally figured out that Fran-filiate "model" sure as hell isn't that) that they can slam into a handy "valuation model" and capitalize the crap out of it, and, if only for a moment, convince some deep-pocket fool/s or a greedy I-banker (redundant) that it will sell to the masses like (no-marginal-cost digital) Domino's pizzas on Superbowl Sunday. $oo $weet.
