PRLW Update 2.9 Tier List EXPLAINED 

The issue with that is that there would be a lot of different variables to consider. Do we only count people's main, or do we factor in other stuff like the different characters they use for missions/challenges? Do we only count low league players, only high league players, throw them all in together, or make separate lists for both? That's a lot of work, and there's no real need to do it since this list is good.

Literally anyone. Seriously tho, I would recommend using Green V1, Kat Manx, Udonna, and Alpha 5. Having at least 1 strike assist on her is absolutely necessary, as once she activates her super mode she will only have 1 strike on her. I don't recommend using double block assists at all with anyone ever, and using double breaker assists with her is a bad idea because of the aforementioned super mode. Green V1 is just a super flexible strike assist that works with basically every leader, so it will work with her. Kat Manx is a quick strike that can be used to set up her projectile attacks if you don't have access to her 5-cost strike. Udonna can be used after another one of her attacks to give yourself plenty of time to gain energy, which is especially good when used with her super mode. Alpha 5 is probably the least useful of all of these, but he is a very fast assist and he can be used after a lot of her attacks because of how they push the opponent really far back.

I would recommend original Green Ranger, Kat Manx, Preston, Leanbow, and Adam. Green is a very basic assist that can link into basically anything. Kat Manx is a quick attack that can set up Devon's breaker, counter, and special strike (though his breaker and special strike don't really need setup). Preston can be used as a breaker trap, can setup all of Devon's attacks except for his primary strike, stuns the opponent for a good time, and is pretty inexpensive. Leanbow is probably the best assist in the game, so he can really be recommended for anyone. Something similar can be said for Adam, as he is probably the best defensive assist in this game if you prefer using counter moves.

Those assists are fine. Guile is good enough that you don't have to worry about assists too much. As long as you don't use block assists with him you should be fine. Personally, I use Green Ranger V1 and V2 with him. Green V1 can be used to set up Guile's Bullet Revolver, can be used after other attacks like Somersault Kick, has good range, and is very inexpensive at 3. Green V2 is an inexpenisve breaker that is good for setting up combos and ending combos. V2 immobilizes the opponent for a long time, which can give you time to recover energy.
