I don't understand the disconnect. He himself says that he feels these protests are antisemitic because they are essentially saying that Israel should not have the right to protect and provide for its people, own land, and exercise control of its own state. That is not technically what they are saying, but for the sake of argument, we'll go with it. He himself then says he knows that the protests' purpose is to defend/advocate for another people's right to have and do the same for their people. Great, for a brief moment there I thought we had made a real breakthrough in the realization that A: other cultures and people besides Israel exist B: Those people want the same basic decency as Israelis do C: Those people have just as much right to those things as Israelis do. I should have known that that last point would be a bridge too far. This is somehow the worst version of this argument that I have heard to date because he actually gave tacit acknowledgment that he KNOWS that what Israel wants and what the Palestinians want are the exact same thing, but he still arrogantly ends with "but it feels antisemitic because ..." and we end up coming full circle back to "they are saying Israel shouldn't have its own state" I lose brain cells every time I have to hear this damn argument...and I am going to say flat out that this argument that is being put forth again and again and again by these Jewish college students is exactly how you grow a robust antisemitic sentiment where there previously was none. If multiple different members of one particular group are making the same reprehensible argument across the United States and on every media outlet, you have to start to assume that this is what the group as a whole believes. And ANY group of people who believes that their right to self-rule means that they can take the right to self-rule away from another people, or that their right to safety, security, and peace means that they can actively take security, safety, and peace away from another people ...any group with those beliefs is NOT good. Call that antisemitism if you must, but people have a right to tell you that you are wrong.

Some interesting interviews here……I woukd like to refer to the lady in the headscarf and the final lady ( the new graduate). Both seem to be saying that October 7 was invetible and that all peaceful means have been exhausted. This thinking is disturbing. It would have been nice an I f they had made a distinction between Israeli government and Jewish people. By all means criticise the policies of the Israeli government but at the same time acknowledge that what happened on Oct 7 was horrific and that Hamas is a tereorist organisation.

When the Israeli publication +972 released the testimony of first hand accounts detailing the indiscriminate targeting that the operators admit was flawed and the rules of war were not observed at the command level. She mentions operation lavender and the targeting of individuals based on fluid input targeting parameters of AI algorithms that the operators are quoted as saying they couldn't keep up with the computers' targeting lists and oversight was a few seconds. I would add, the program "where's daddy" was also discussed by the soldiers. One which targeted family homes and apartments of AI generated suspects.
