Good afternoon Gentlemen. I just wanted to send you a shoutout! I’m a month away from my initial CFI Check-ride and was feeling discouraged and wondered if all this craziness was worth it as a 52 year old military retiree? And half way through episode 1, I was up beat and motivated again. Thank you!

Did they recently move the retirement age to 67?

They’re talking about doing it, but they haven’t yet. This would cause a problem because you have to be 65 or under to fly internationally. Not sure what’s gonna happen.

COVID-19 sure eliminated the pilot shortage for a few more years

@@squidly1117 it really did 😂😂😂 a lot of pilots in training quit, and a lot of captains retired early and a lot if pilots switched careers the past few years.
