Titanium is such an amazing product. I know the titanium “Racefit” system I run on my speed triple 1200 RS was 26lbs lighter than stock and makes such a huge difference in the mid-top range power and torque. I really felt even more difference after the addition of the “DNA” air filter. I have not checked my decibels yet. I’m going to go out in a minute and see what my system checks out at. Thanks for the Vid.
Always install loose until everything is in place then tighten all bolts..... Learned that doing construction I use this method for everything now, lots of trial and error Beautiful bike man!
Sounds incredible! Convincing me to buy one for my speed triple today! Also, what tank grip pads are those on your bike? I like how you can still see the "RS" logo.
I love your videos, next week I get my Speed triple and you help me a lot with your opinions. I see that you are having a problem. I wanted to ask you about the exhaust, how are you? it is the best option i think
Thanks mate! I hope you enjoy yours. My exhaust is too loud, I'd go with something more manageable if you don't like hearing loss 😅 there are quite a few new models being released by a handful of companies so shop around and see what you like the sound of most
Yo John Good comparison to mine gowler x racefit exhaust with No baffles on tic over 95/96 D/B...reving up 107/109 D/B to 7,8000 rpm......yours looks great too
Buongiorno da italia , ha dovuto modificare il rapporto stecchiometrico, la carburazione, o hai lasciato tutto standar, hai montato anche il filtro dell'aria???
Alright mate, just wondering what you think of those road 5s I personally really rate them, what you think?, I'm having them on my mto9 when these s22 are done with.
Best tyres in the wet I've ever used. Had them on my MT09 back in the day, used them across a lot of my bikes and the Road 4's too. Great tyres. Softer than stock though so may need to increase tyre pressure/compensate on compression to get a bit more feel though but thats a personal thing really
Nice man. I just got a Speed triple rs. On first ride, i was in sport mode, had traction control on, and (without going into too much detail why) i opened her up big in first gear and unintentionally and unexpectedly pulled a wheelie - my first one ever. I thought when TC is on then by default so is wheelie control: do you know why this would've happened? Have you encountered same thing? I wonder if it's a fault, i've not got settings right, or if it's just wheelie control doesn't necessarily mean you won't wheelie at all, especially when suddenly revving up in first gear?
Not a fault at all mate, you've bought yourself a very powerful bike, not sure what you expect especially in first gear, its something a lot of 600+ CC bikes will do. One of my main buying-points when I look at a bike, is will it wheelie- its fun. Standard TC does not determine if the bike will wheelie- just the rear wheel spinning faster or slower than the front and reduces power accordinly. That being said, this bikes Bosch ECU combines Anti-wheelie and TC (Dont ask why, stupid idea)- however this is the best wheelie control i've ever ridden with. Long story short, yes its totally normal and they'd probably laugh if you took it back to the dealer claiming a fault
@@sergeantsodom6969 lol thanks for taking to reply and explain in length. In summary it’s just me. I’ve only been riding bikes since passing last April, had a street triple rx and now got this beast, clearly need to get used to extra power!!
Sweet man! I want to put a Pro-Race on my RS when it comes in next week. So that's a full system, right? The pipes coming out of the engine don't get replaced?? Did you also install the Healtech Servo Delete thingie? Thanks.
@@sergeantsodom6969 So that means it eliminates the catalytic converter, right? That makes the install much easier and quicker. How long did it take you to do the whole install incl the Healtech? I'll go look for the Healtech video now, thanks.
Unfortunately not, it's already too loud and I've got to be considerate of my neighbours - I might take it out on a ride and do some flybyes at some point, but nothing planned as of yet
Hi, did you have issues after install the exhaust? I’ve heard that some warnings could appear in the screen and quick shifter might stop working after install the exhaust. Regards.
It's nice eh! I may take it out on a ride somewhere out of the way and do some fly-byes, nothing planned yet though. And mirror will be explained in the video next week, but essentially just trying out other options as I'm not getting along with the stock bars/mirrors and seeing what else I can get away with
