Midway through the video, you mentioned you have to enjoy your training. I used to be one of the guys just trained how ever. I honestly enjoy this type of training you're doing. My loads aren't what they used to be, but the results have been much better.

I had a similar experience by replacing shoulder presses with lateral raises (which effectively two-folded the amount of lateral raises I was doing) over a period of twelve months edit: I did this change mostly due to Jared

I gotta thank you Jared for the way you give us this information and educate us, by far my favorite dude in the industry. Also started to apply some of these Q's/technique you use like on your DB incline presses has helped me a ton in my own training, especially with prior shoulder injury! Keep killin it man 💪🏽

Glad you reevaluated and took the break. Sometimes it’s all you need to catch a new gear and really push yourself even further. Keep killing it dude. I’ve got 7 weeks of diet left then the holidays will be a more relaxed diet but still maintenance. Then get back to the diet grind after the holiday season. On a separate note. How much cardio do you typically do during your cutting phases?

That's basically half a year of diet. Pretty wild. btw. I like how these videos are pretty chill and have the "downtime" as well as the "exercise time"; this feels much more natural and realistic than how most other channels are.

Great video BUT on this occasion I actually think the quality is below its usual ‘awesome’, sorry Mario. The video itself is great but the volume of what I now call the ‘in-set background audio’ was a little too high and the transitions between the two sets of audio was too sudden and therefore much more noticeable and a little jarring. Please know though, I’m being super picky here because usually the quality is absolutely amazing especially compared to other channels and believe me, I watch a LOT of videos like this.
