You're a Godsend! I discovered your channel about 30mins ago and already my IT band on my left leg feels so much better (I didn't know I had an IT band til 23 mins ago!) I went to my Doctor today for stronger painkillers as my knee pain means I can only walk slowly for about 30mins on the level... I've just done your IT band self massage on my right leg and it feels like a new leg! I shall do this daily on both legs and let you know how it goes. This is so helpful for after a certain age I always get pain exactly there deep inside after playing volleyball which would normally go away after a day of rest. But it wasn’t like that when I was younger.

So when someone comes in with really hard acne almost all over... What would do? Would you still message them? I'm not sure what to do about that. But great informative video, it helped a lot.

Brilliant that she got 1st place! It's my massage on Wed and I'm looking forward but dreading if at the same time. I didn't get one 2 weeks ago because my therapist was ill and I've been in more pain than usual! I'm sure she'll ease my pain xx

my fav is pec massage. Whole shoulder are weighed on pec muscle, so they got tired.

Hope I can run into you backstage at a competition one day. I as well compete in natural bodybuilding and s male massage therapist. I use a lotion made for sport massage, but go for the scent free lotion around the more sensitive areas like the arm pit.
