Great video. I have always deployed at full forward flight (no flaring), shoulders rolled forward and head low to ensure clean and fast air over the back. I started doing this after experiencing a few PC in tow during wingsuit deployments (I let the pin very tight since I occasionally use the rig for freefly jumps). My skydive and BASE rigs are both wingsuit modified so there is little to no resistance to the canopy/ bag extraction. Also, all my canopies open like butter. This makes for a very fun high speed and almost horizontal opening. I need to give the flaring technique a try next time.
