A company in Sweden by the name of INDOOR WINGSUIT STOCKHOLM, has made the world’s first and only indoor wingsuit flying tunnel, were even beginners and kids can have a go.
No matter who you are or your skill level, the first time you enter the Wingsuit flying tunnel, it will be with an instructor and using a four point safety harness, this allows you to get accustomed to flying in this tunnel in a safe manner.
The training covers all the basic moves - up, down, left, right, forwards and backwards and all the combinations in between, and when you get good enough, you can even start working on Acrobatics.
The tunnel allows flyers to practice for longer periods, and craft their technique and precision to a level that would normally take a long time to achieve.
To give you an idea of prices, a 30 minute session would cost about $460 US dollars and an hour long session would cost $915 US dollar.
► The wind tunnel and building, is part of an old military fighter plane testing plant, which the company retrofitted specifically to do indoor Wingsuit flying.
