Here's a super honest, self-filmed, typical day in our lives as a professional triathlete "power couple". We include everything we eat, a bike workout, a run workout, some strength training, as many behind the scenes details as we can.

-The bike workout: 3x20 minutes "steady" (10% below threshold) with 20 minutes aerobic between.
-The run workout: 30 minutes aerobic, 30 minutes build to "solid" (open half marathon pace)
-Dinner: tofu cooked with teriyaki sauce and nutritional yeast.
