I rode it this year, and it was amazing. I wish I could have averaged 267 watts for the whole climb though :). This video was great. I love seeing the sites again and kind of revisiting the memory of such an amazing ride.
I enjoyed how Nathan is comfortably chatting, singing, and spinning away despite the clear demands of this course,.as illustrated by Caley's comparative focus and perceivable effort. Kudos to both for a great effort and enjoyable video. Obviously, pro over amateur all the way here, although I liked the tongue-in-cheek banner before the start suggesting different.
I just bicycle around the neighborhood. Watching you guys carry on a dialogue & sing (which I can't do when jogging @ the gym) makes this "feat" look easy.

"When you feel you've had enough of this climb just hold on..." LOL... BRILLIANT!!!
What a great place to ride! Enjoyed the video! Caley, I never saw a black with white interior Poc Ventral Air when I was helmet shopping recently. I settled for all black.

7:18 I always thought it'd be funny to have a little speaker on your bike and play songs like that when riding up a big climb. I guess singing them is also an option...
We got an old tree like that here in longwood Florida in big tree park one of them was almost completely burned by accident by some drug junkie was over 4000 years old the other one like 1500 years
Not really hard to believe; I would imagine that most pro cyclists are way under their natural weight. Much in the same way that most people who don't watch their diet and train extensively are way over their natural weight.
I rode my rented scooter to the top in 2019. Only saw like 5 cars and a few tour buses the whole time. Cool canyon and alpine country. Just say NO CCP!
You climb, you lost weight or fight gravity. Try muscles up with a belly, this is really hard. However, if you lost fat, you make muscles. To be fat is not bad for working out. Do you need to stretch your muscles a lot, this is really important for a swimmer?
