Bhaiiii , xtm gold ke size chart par mere regular size L hai par mujhe comp mai khelna hai aur jyada compression chiye to kya mai M size le saktu hu , pls batao ,🙏

If you bench really heavy you can go for stiff if just starting out go for flexible

Dearest sir thankyou for responding it did. Kt even last for 1 year and the start of 6 months it got spoilt. I have ordered one more inzer got delivered too. But i want to use it only for special days so please suggest which one Sbd or Xtm Gold. @@ssrlifts
