Probably the Hardest SL1 Hitless Dark Souls Boss 

Almost all of Friede's attacks can be followed up by a backstab in phase 1 and phase 3 but you have to be quick.
I used a +10 Deep Dagger, +10 Raw Broadsword, Grass Crest Shield, Blindfold Mask, Red Tearstone Ring, Hornet Ring, Dark Clutch Ring and +3 Chloranthy Ring.
"SL1" or Soul Level 1 is a challenge type where the player is not allowed to level up at all. This creates a formidable challenge as such a character will be lacking the strength and dexterity required to wield more powerful weapons. A hitless run is a run where the player does not take any hits from the encounter.
