These videos have helped me time and again, FL Studio users likely consider these videos encyclopedic. I installed Omni+Keyscape on an external SSD, and it was not the easiest. Adding a Fishman Triple play MIDI pup to trigger all of these. Steam and Multi, the old world instruments of Keyscape have been amazing. I can't wait to play after work. Aside from install issues, I had to locate some settings within EZ Drummer 2, in order to separate MIDI input, the Triple play was triggering drums. Excellent resource. Thanks much.

Had some of the same problems as you, but finally got it all sorted. One great tip to speed up loading times is NOT using a disk formatted in exFAT, once I switched over to OS X journaled (if you're using a mac) it greatly reduced the loading time!
inch by inch I'm getting this to work...after two days I've finally got Omnisphere 2 to bring up keyscape in the directory, but doesn't make any connection to it or make any sound....yet....any help would be greatly appreciated!
Make sure you have the latest update of omnisphere, had the same problem, the keyscape libary would show in omnisphere, but the samples wouldnt load. Once i updated omnisphere to a version compatible with keyscape it worked fine.
Lol trust me you would love an extra SSD to have your library and presets load alot quicker, I never knew how important SSDs were until i started using them...
I'll add another tip: For Keyscape users who wish to run Keyscape sounds from within Omnisphere Software 2.3.0h, after you load Omnisphere up and click on a Keyscape patch to load, Omnisphere will ask you to reauthorize Omnisphere to allow Keyscape patches to load. Make sure you reauthorize the first time, because in my case at least, when I canceled out of reauthorizing Omnisphere, it didn't prompt me again with the authorization window. I could still load Omnisphere and Trilian patches, but I couldn't get Keyscape patches to load within Omnisphere. I ended up reverting to Omnisphere v2.0, then back to v2.3.0h to make it ask me again. Maybe I messed something up along the way, but this seems like a bug to me. TL;DR: Don't try to load Keyscape patches into Omnisphere v2.3.0h unless you plan on doing it while the session is running (so you can copy your challenge code to Spectrasonics website to retrieve your response code for authorization.)
I installed with on my computer. It pulls up in pro tools but when i try to load inside fl studio it ask for another challenge code. how do i fix this so i can use this in both softwares?

I wish you could only install the instruments you want. I'm not convinced that they're as interlinked as they say, and I sure as heck don't need another bunch of grand pianos, electric pianos and clavinets when I already have sample libraries of those I'm perfectly happy with. It's the oddball things like the Rhodes Pre Piano that I really want.
When he picks the Rhodes LA at 07:35, does it normally take that long for the change to happen? Now I'm not so sure about the performance in live situations.

I installed keyscape correctly with proper folder placement and all but every time I try to launch a keyboard, I get this message 'Cannot load soundsource 'Wing Upright Piano' from directory 'keyscape Library'. File 'Wing Upright Piano.zmap' maybe missing or corrupted. Try refreshing the soundsource browser.' And it's driving me crazy! All the files are there under (keyscape Library>keyboards). I don't know what the hell Keyscape is talking about. All the files under the 'Keyboards' folder have an extension of .db but Keyscape is looking for .zmap. I don't get it!!! Everything else in Omnisphere works beautifully including Trilian.
swifty1969 the zmap file is located in your keyscape directory. Locate your STEAM folder then Keyscape>Soundsources>factory>keyscape Library Delete the zmap file and reload your omnisphere and you should be good to go. I hear that'll fix pretty much any problem. They all are pretty much setup the same way so if omnisphere is giving you problems delete the zmap file in the omnisphere directory and you should be good to go. Hopefully this works for you...
I'm a noob when it comes to omnisphere. Now, I can't locate keyscape anywhere to see if by deleting the zmap file helped. Earlier I accidentally located keyscape and now can't remember how I did it. I went in Omnisphere's browser everywhere and can't locate damn thing. Everything else is there in the browser including all separate sound projects and Trillian. Where do you browse in Omnisphere to get to Keyscape? thanks again!
Hi! I just bought Keyscape and I chose the full version. Instead of download all the archives and stems in my computer, I connected my usb external memory and I put all the data there so my laptops memory won't collapse (I have a MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2017). Perhaps, when I want to use the Keyscape in my DAW and I connect my usb with all the data from Keyscape, the operation is extremely slow (the loading time of each pre-set takes like 15 minutes) I want to use my Keyscape without this problems so please, let me know how can I do or any other advices :) thanks!!
I have Keyscape already but whenever i select any Rhodes sound it doesnt respond when i play it but whenever i select another instrument like a piano it works. Some sounds responds when I hit a key and some dont. Do you or anyone have a solution to for this please? Thanks!

Can you use a USB Midi keyboard like I have PNOScan Installed on my upright piano which is a MIDI system that works off a UBS cable that is integrated into a piano, so that if I get Keyscape will it be able to recognize it or use it with it?
Hey i have a problem, I just got the M audio Oxygen 49 and it doesnt work with keyscape standalone, it does work with another midi controller I have. oxygen works with the keyscape plugin inside Logic Pro X though. I've tried changing the Midi Channel but nothing, could somebody help me plss????

@@postman878 Hey. I had Sweetwater do it. Only half of the library installed🙄. Had a ton of issues other than that, I just fixed. Now, I can see if I can somehow reinstall it. They don't make it easy though! Keyscape I mean. The 2nd Drive( B) is mainly just a STEAM folder. Very confusing. Smh.
The Swedish Girl It could be. But it could also be the buffer size. And if ur daw is currently set to use a Directx driver, switching it to use an ASIO driver in the settings could also do the trick
ok guys read this. if you install the keyscape but it doesn't show up in omnisphere, you probably have omnisphere 2.0.1, update it to 2.3.1 and it will be fixed. if you have it fixed and you see the keyscape in omnisphere but you can't hear anything (because it asks you to refresh the index files) just delete both zmap.index files from keyscapes and omnispheres files in the steam folder and reset daw, then it will work like a champ. thank me later.

That probably a buffer size issue. Turn up the buffer size a bit and put ur DAW on low latency mode, Also just close any other programs that are open. Keyscape makes your computer work hard.
I have a problem with omnisphere keyscape and trillion, after I open a few instances it starts causing a delay on the midi keyboard, making it impossible to finish beats because I can't play notes properly, very annoying, anyone know how to fix this ??
I put the kesycape folder inside the omnisphere folder steam, so that inside the omnisphere folder steam there are two folders, one that says keyscape and another omnisphere, is that right?
make sure you copied the necessary files for the plugins in your library... go to mixer button and chose input Au instrument and it should be there. try restarting your computer. another thing it's been 6 months now. you should have found a way to figure it.

would anybody possibly know why Keyscape is not being recognized through Logic Pro 9? I did everything the installation told me to do on my mac, yet it only still shows up as Omnisphere

Make sure Omni is up to date. And once you can see the keyscape in omnisphere click on which one you want then double click the box in the right corner on the vst.
You can only get Keyscape since the other 2 items from your wish list do not exist. There's no such thing as "Kontakt Komplete 11" or an Akai 41-key midi keyboard unfortunately. You probably mean "Native Instruments Komplete 11" (which contains Kontakt) and a 49-key midi keyboard. ;-)

dont use regular hard drives for these things bro.. they will cause problems later down the road. ssd is the way to always go. there are cheaper ssd's on amazon.
Hey there, im having problems with 2 steams, i have one from omnisphere 2 and now my keyscape one is inside of it, i know you said created a new folder for both but everytime i created a new folder for both the steams, when i go back to open omnisphere it couldnt find it, anyway you could help me out step by step?
