Hello Sir , need your advice Planning to buy a 3bhk flat in pune. Scheme has 240 flats where land is owned by a family while developer is a builder from pune. In Rera website, i found there is legal litigation filed against land owner by his cousin but builder is saying its a simple civil suit which will be handled by land owner and we dont need to worry. Price offered is good and property is also in nice location. Please suggest should we go ahead?
Simple rule is ask your lawyer to understand the case first by communicating with the lawyer of land owner..I cannot say anything without looking into the case matter and documents and the credibility, brand name, old ROI to clients check everything and then take your decision...
Sir maine ek property 3 saal pehle 500₹sqft. Me li thi aur aaj 800₹Sqft. Ka rate mujhe mil raha hai.... Mai bechu ya abhi rukun..... Aur rate sahi grow kr raha hai......?
