14:20 - actually, you don't "dry" resin, it doesn't dry, it stets hard by chemical reaction. Yes, it's "wet" when applied, and yes, it's "dry" when fully cured (set) but this is not "drying". The heat is needed to speed up the reaction during cold weather (the speed of chemical reaction depends on temperature).
As an American I glad this company is adhering to safety measures for their employees health and safety. Job well done. Thanks for the informative and helpful video.
Thanks for your videos. One small suggestion: Could you please keep the closed captions on screen for longer time? It stresses me, that I have to read fast to get it all. I mean, there is no reason to make them short lived.
For the giant round ends: My dream plasma cutter!- I want one of these huge things for my garage! My dream- a garage with tools for fabricating better tools for fabricating better tools- for eventually fabricating better things more efficiently- I need a personal warehouse....
I think you may mean fiber glass, they're similar in a lot of ways, especially the application- these were wrapped in fiber glass though, not carbon fiber- I get them mixed up sometimes myself. I didn't know that about these either, I always thought they were just giant metal barrels, I never realized they wrapped them- I think it may have something to do with insulation, which fiber glass is good for- that's why it's in a lot of wall insulation in residential Homes all around the US.
Question" The tank end piece was welded from the inside with the employee next to the machine. When they weld the other end, how does the employee get out of the tank if he is inside?
I was expecting to see pole holders...the mechanical type, and was a little surprised to see three guys holding the rollers. I'm all for efficiency, quality, and ease of work. I have almost 30 years doing multiple trades and my body is paying for it. My hobby and work is to do things more efficiently. I built a couple automated machines to take the hard work out of my other hobby.
