Нужно усилить эксплуатацию рабочих отсталых стран. Что даст собственникам бизнеса тратить новые доходы на подкуп собственных рабочих в метрополии. Стабилизируя ситуацию в богатых странах Центра. Так и работает международное распределение труда в мире. Богатство одних строится на бедности других. Раньше это называлось колониализмом. Сейчас это неоколониализм, когда формально Индия и Пакистан уже не колонии, но по факту они экономически в кабале у стран Центра, у международного капитала.
