Так и работает международное распределение труда в мире. Богатство одних строится на бедности других. Раньше это называлось колониализмом. Сейчас это неоколониализм, когда формально Индия и Пакистан уже не колонии, но по факту они экономически в кабале у стран Центра, у международного капитала.
