I've traveled extensively in third world countries; you have to admire their ability to do things with basic tools that would require a full-on factory to produce at home.
It always amazes me how with tools that look like tools I used in high school shop (Almost-Timkin , Canton, Ohio) they can make decent quality "precision" parts and then just throw them around like a beach ball, not a part they just spent all day making.
Я заметил, у них культура производства такая, что нельзя нормально готовую деталь положить, надо обязательно все бросать, не удивлюсь если так же бросают и точный измерительный инструмент. Так же всегда сварщики загибают электрод и не важно в каком положении варит😂
before we begin, a checklist: throw stuff, check...sandals, check...filthy floor, check...no idea what the metal composition is, check...squat down/ no tables, check
I know you're being sarcastic but nobody has ever been proud of a safety manager. Ever. Not even their own family. Being a nark an a snitch as a way to get into a management roll is just.....well....you can tell most of them had a rough time throughout school.
This is the future of humanity. People will again have to learn to produce themselves in a simple and inexpensive way. You really can't buy everything. It is only possible to know, or to be a fool.
There's obviously a market for these but the drill holes in the flange could not meet a good standard. I'm surprised in all these sorts of machining videos, nobody uses any sort of coolant / lubricant to prolong the life and accuracy of the tooling.
Right. All these world-famous "super high skilled professionals" we desperatly need in one place. This must be filmed in the suburbs of Frankfurt, Germany.
What do you want about safety first or shoes. But you can see scars on their feet?. They are super hard workers and very intelligent and hardworking men, not barbie grils lol
This outfit has at least discouraged Flip Flops.... no ugly mangled feet here! Strangled machinists... well, that small issue will be discussed over dinner at the next director's meeting! OK boss.
Of course, with this Pakistani nearly fully automated mass production, quality suffers. But most of the time, it's enough that the rear lights of the truck are out of sight and thus the warranty is void.
@@zirzmokealot4600 And yet there are idiots in the comments that think what they're doing is amazing or even just commendable. I don't get it. Do the viewers not recognise utter crap work when they see it?
