@@X-mu9hh it fluctuates. You get a 1% share for your first trip which lasts 14-21 days. You can make anywhere from 400-800. The second trip last 14-21 days and you get a 2% share which is 400-1200. Every added trip is a 1% increase. Also checks take 25 days to receive after the pay date. They also deduct travel expenses from your first check. You're on a boat so spending will be limited. I saved 750 after 3 months. I wouldn't recommend this company. There are better options out there It's not worth it unless you plan on staying for years or using as experience for a different position or company. But there are better options imo
Pay is 5000 plus or minus 1500. This $ can be expected for a first timer with a 65 day contract. ($5000-6000 with Completed contract including 1 whole share increase)

Truth that nobody tells you. Marry the boat and become deckhand to earn the real $$. You’ll see home 30 days at a time before they call you back if you are a deckhand
