All Korean men needs to go to military service by the age of 30, it’s a must, so much so that they question you if you do not. Jin will not be an infantryman in the Korean marines, yes he’ll go through “basic training” similar to that of US military, but once that’s done, he ain’t gonna be digging ditches, physically abused in any way, no nco, officers or camp commandant will be known as the one who harmed the golden goose member of Korea, aka BTS.
