We felt like we had been waiting forever to hear back about our petition! You too?
We were always wondering how long the fiance visa process would take and also if there was a way to track where our application was in the process (and if it would be complete soon!)
Overall, the answer is no, there is no way to know where your application is in real time. Or at least that we found, but I'll show you some of the resources we used to gauge where our application was in the process and when we might hear.

Hey guys, The USCIS has updated their site it looks a little different. egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ You just select the box of whatever you are applying for and the field or service center that is on your notices of action.

K1 Fiance Visa Channel I feeled out the application I got my recite notices so know I just wait for noa1? How long do you think it will take me ? I live in California they said there working on cases from November ? Please help me !!

I am from India and my fiancee from hawaii, she has filed my petition and we have received NOA1, the question i want to know when and where she has to file affidavit of support i-134 ? Will she file this to USCIS OR she has to send this to me directly? Thank You

hi i have file my fiancé visa they had sent me proff of evidence so i am sending to them all they need my divorce ceritifacte proof of where we got divorce plane tickets copy of court case how and when did we filed my divorce ,affidavit from me ,my lawyer letter who was running case there every thing english tansalted what do u think is this will good amount all the regurments they need we did what do you think for this any suggestion from you please informe thankyou for ur nice helpful video .

It helps to notify the applicants that the petition was received. If you never got it then you wouldnt know if the USCIS is working on your petition.

HELP HELP HELP Pease . K1 visa interview was on may 2017 in Abu Dhabi ( UAE )and i provided them more documents in may 2018 but still administrative . Our precious life is just waiting on ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

Hi! I watched your video and I think I didn't understand it correctly. Is this processing time date is a date where they're working on petitions when they we're sent to them(I-129F) or it's a estimate time they're working on it, when we finally get a letter that they received our case(I-797)? Me and my fiance sent an application I-129F at the end of September 2017, but they received it at the end of a March 2018 and my fiance got Notice of Action letter then. The website is saying that theyre processing petitions from October 9, 2017. So we should expect to hear something back soon or we will have to wait extra months? It's been 8 months already :(

Hi Dominika, The process is taking a really long time nowadays so dont worry. I dont know what happened with your case but most of the cases receive their NOA1s within 2 weeks. The NOA2 is the part that is taking around 7-10 months to process. If the date on the USCIS website says October 9, 2017, that is the filing date of when the couple send the papers and the USCIS received them. USCIS does take some time to update the website though.

Im the beneficiary in the UK in our petition, and we got our NOA on Nov 22 2017, but did not receive our NOA2 until 24th May 2018. Don't panic, this is literally the longest wait and the hardest part because you're in the dark

Hi Haq, In this channel we talk about the K1 visa. Your case is different, you want to get married in foreign country. You would have to follow a different process. K1 visa takes around 7-12 months.

Hello, I've done my interview, and I not know if I denied or not, they only said wait 2weeks until they send letter but almost three weeks now I never receive a letter do I need to call at the embassy or wait until they send me.. Thank you

Hi Gina, When I went I got approved on the spot. I did not have to wait so your case is different. Maybe wait a week more and then call. It takes some time to mail the documents too. Did you leave your passport?
