Update: The current processing time is approximately 3 months. USCIS has sped up their processing speed. So it is faster than mentioned in the video :) 📌 If you’d like to support our channel further, we’ve created a downloadable document which includes templates of the letters and pages that we’ve used & demonstrated in this video. We truly appreciate your support! k1visajourney.gumroad.com/l/K1VisaPacket
Thank you so much for your guide, my partner and I really appreciated it! And oh gosh three months!! That's exciting, we were so scared of the waiting time but now everything's coming along perfectly 🥰
You should add this to the other videos also. I submitted all of my paperwork last month and it would’ve been so helpful to have templates. I watched your videos probably 100 times before I actually submitted anything. We had planned to submit mid March of 2024 but leave it to me to overthink everything, so June 2024 everything was submitted. 😂 Thank you for sharing your videos and making them so easy for everyone to understand. You definitely helped us more that you could imagine.
Hello! We've got approved for our 129F today! (5/27/24) we applied on March 23,2024! We've used this video to assemble our application! THANK YOU SO MUCH! *EDIT* We have done the embassy interview 8/28/24 and have been approved! The following day visa is ready! 8/29/24
That's awesome. Congrats!! we saw the approximate wait time is between 10-16 months, Just curious where your fiance is from for the application to be accepted in the short period of time?
@tamilynngsu01 yes! Only one thing that her videos don't mention. Some countries require a singleness certification make sure to get that asap as soon as the visa is approved becuase its a pain to get
This video and the series in general is ridiculously invaluable. There is simply nothing else that even compares to it's thoroughness on RU-vid, or anywhere online for that matter. Sincere THANKS!!!!!!
Like many others, I just have to say thank you so much for outlining all of this information so clearly. I was a nervous wreck before someone shared your videos with me in a FB group. Today, I was able to mail off the I-129F petition packet. One step down, now the fun really begins lol. Again, thank you so much for your helpfulness!
@emmyangelle5667 Emmy, I just mailed our packet out and they received it on Monday. How soon did you get your EAC #? I'm RUNNING to my email every 5 mins waiting to receive it so that we can track our case Online..lol I'm anxious to know how your case is going?
@@SurajandYasminHi, does this still apply to the new edition? I keep searching the checklist on the instructions, but it doesn’t show this typw of assembly.
You are a blessing for creating this. I have been stressed to the max about filing the visa application by myself. Plan to file August 10. Thanks for this video!
Wow this is life saving video smart lady it's was really confusing for me and my husband until we came across this he sent your video to me to watch too thanks alot you both are amazing couples cheers
Thank you so much for this!! My fiance and I are filing currently and we are a US/UK couple. it was so nice to see relevant information in your video. I've been wracking my brains for a good way to include everything I wanted. Your video was full of really helpful tips as well as being super easy to follow. also congrats on your approval!
Throwing in my thanks as well. This video was the single most useful resource for putting the packet together. Used it as a guideline and just got our I-129f approved after 3 months. Thank you so much again and wish you both a beautiful, happy life in the US! ❤
lovely video, research, paperwork organization, structure and information in general. This really really helped me saved me so much money by avoiding legal services. Can't thank you enough
Instructions on government websites are vague sometimes and your playlist has been a lifesaver. I assembled our visa packet according to your instructions and mailed it out today via FedEx. Fingers crossed for good news!
I am so glad I found this channel. I can’t thank you enough 🙌🏾 me and my fiance are on our way to start the process ourselves and we both will be using your method from all your shared videos.
This is so very helpful, thank you for this video! This was so detailed and the visuals and clear step by step instructions helped so much. Thank you! Hands down best video I have come across! So detailed and organized thank you so much!
@@SurajandYasmin good morning. I have a question about my fiancé signature. What happened if his not available to sign his part because I start doing the paperwork work after my trip.
Hey, thank you for the video. Could you please create a video about the K1 visa interview and the documents I should bring? It would be really helpful. 😊
This a well thought-out, easy to understand and thorough informative video. Thank you for taking the time to put this together, you made this process so easy and saved me a lot of money.. God bless you!!
Omg I really? Would like to thank you so very much for breaking this process down and saving me lots of money, not to mention calming me down and walking me through the step process. Thank you so very much?
Thank you so much for the videos. I used this as a jumping stone to begin the process and it couldn't have gone better. My petition was approved yesterday with no RFE's.
@@whackytech5253 wow, 73 days from the day of mailing it out? That is pretty quick, congrats! I am also using these videos as well for help with the process.
@@SurajandYasminhii, I just wanna say, I followed the steps on your video and DIY my I129F packet and got approved 3 days ago with no RFE, thank youuu so much again!!!
Thanks! Im curious for your 2 passport photos did you actually send the hardcopys with your name written on back or did you scan them into the word document like the other photos? @@SurajandYasmin
Ok what if your not physically with the person so they cannot physically write their names on back of passport photo is that absolutely neccessary?@@SurajandYasmin
You can write it for them. But it's not necessary at all. It was just listed as a guideline on the USCIS website which we followed for our own application :)
YOU GUYS A GREAT.... THERE IS NO VIDEO IN THIS PLANET CLEAR AS THIS VIDEO EXPLAINING ABUT K1 VISA YOU GUYS SAVE LOTS OF $$$$ WE REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ONE WHO WATCH THIS VIDEO AT LEAST TYPE THANK YOU IN THE COMMENTS SECTION THIS VIDEO SHOULD BE ON THE TOP FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME PLEASE DO IT
First of all, I was say thank you for creating this video. It’s made it so much easier for me as I am going through the same process atm. I do have one question: how long were y’all together before applying for the K-1 Visa? Or does it affect the process? Hopefully it’s not too invasive.
Ours took between 9-10 months. But the wait time is decreasing so hopefully you won't have too long to wait. We will hopefully post a video on the USCIS wait times soon too!
Hi. This video may help you. But in summary - you'll now need to organize your medical appointment and visa embassy appointment. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B-ekelDm900.htmlsi=RWIDVp-KvHlV_9Ys
Your videos are the absolute best and so helpful! Thank you so much for doing them for us! Question for you: obviously you are very computer literate and your K1 packet was awesome to say the least! I want to do the same thing however, I’m older and less competent with computer programs so I have very little idea how to put a packet together like you did. Any ideas on how I can go about doing it? I’m willing to pay an attorney but I don’t think they will do anything but fill out the application for me and leave me to put together the packet! Suggestions please!!!!! TYIA! ❤
We just used a Word Document to create everything - nothing too fancy. However I would suggest to print and fill out the forms by hand and then just scan the relevant photos & documents you'd like to include and then just annotate them by hand. Hope that helps :)
Hi! I really appreciate you taking the time making all of the step-by-step instructions for the whole process! It lifted so much anxiety away from me and my partner with the process. ☺ I got a question about the mailing address though, is it the same even if my partner is in Virginia since I looked around online and there are USCIS offices that are closer and that might be the requirement instead? Thank you again so much!
Hi - me again! We are almost done with our packet and should mail it in the next few weeks :) Did you sign all of the pages from the packet (e. g. pages of photos together)? Thanks again for such amazing videos!
You only really need to sign the pages where USCIS asks for a signature and the letter of intent to marry. You don't need to sign anything else... but we signed random pages just to be thorough as initially we didn't really have any guidance on the process :)
Thankyou for all this information ! I’m seriously going to do exactly the same as you have on this video haha just a small question if my beneficiary has a daughter do I add anything on the packet or does she do that on th DS160 form ? Thank you so much !
Hi. Thank you again for your thorough details. Question… when everything is approved and I receive my visa ready to go, how much time do they give the beneficiary to leave their home to go to the US?
Thank you so much for all your help with these tutorial videos! What do you think is the best and safest method of packaging/material to mail the entire packet?
Thank you so much! I just filed and followed step by step! Hoping to receive good news soon. 🙂 One question - did you submit any financials in the initial application (tax returns, W2s, etc.)? I know this typically doesn’t come until the next stage, but I’m just curious if you sent anything in like this with the initial I-129F packet? Thank you!
Hey thank you so much for such a detailed video. Quick question we don’t have a family picture together and also we didn’t do a big ceremony/proposal for engagement. Do you think it will be an issue for us? Or just our proof of spending time with each other and receipts of engagement ring will be enough
It's not an issue at all! : ) You don't need photos with family or any pictures of an engagement. Proof of spending time with each other and an engagement receipt is enough. Just include as much proof as you can. Hope that helps!
This is awesome information. I am grateful for finding this channel. I bought your template and it has saved lots of effort. Please did you have to write an essay to explain how you met?
Thank you so much!! Yes we wrote a short paragraph (5-6 lines) just stating how we met, when & where we met and our plans to marry and begin a life together in the US. Hope that helps :)
Any filer August 12 2024? Maybe we in same boat🥴. SMS notice (NOA1)received August 16 and fiancée received the NoA1 hard copy August 24 2024. Hope to hear soon the NoA2🤞🤞 This Page really helps a lot . We did ours DIY too and we followed step by step even the requirements needed. And so much thankful.
Hi! This was a fantastic video, i love how you organized the packet! I have a question I hope you can answer I have a passport that expires in 2026, and I was considering getting a new one. But my last entry to the US and everythign is under my old. Do you think getting a new passport after sending the packet will cause any issues? Should I wait to get a new passport and include both? I hope this question gets to you, I'm sure I'll use your other videos along the way too!
Hey thank you so much for this video! You have no idea!…question, on the first page are you guys putting your first and last name or just first name? (XXXXX)
Very helpful videos, i appreciate you for making videos about K1 visa, we really need it! May i ask, in letter of intent to marry, what address of USCIS should i put as beneficiary? Just confused, which one should i put in my letter of intent to marry😊 thank you!
Thank you! I'm so glad it helped! : ) You'll be sending all your documents together to USCIS... so you don't need to put a specific address for USCIS on the letter of intent to marry. At 16:17 you can see how we wrote our letter (as the beneficiary) - so feel free to copy this. You can submit your entire K1 packet all together to either of the following addresses: U.S. Postal Service (USPS): USCIS Attn: I-129F P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266-0151 FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries: USCIS Attn: I-129F (Box 660151) 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067-8003
@@esteffiibernardo0108 Yes, it needs to be on A4 sized paper so they can scan it. You can include items such as photographs - but just make sure they are labelled so they don't get lost :)
@@SurajandYasmin ohh got it.. Okay thank you so much for the help.. i really like your videos so helpful and informative.. thank you for your time! Appreciate you🙏🙏🙏
