Don’t you just hate those pesky little jobs to finish up. I totally understand they aren’t fun. I was glad to see the boss was inspecting your work. She is such a lil Angel.

This is GREAT, by finishing off the "OOPS LIST".... You already know about what has to be done... and my wife helped with my Oops list, by going to the store and getting me a whiteboard and colored stuff to remember "my problems" (not hers), and I hung it inside the garage. For me... that was how everything got done....

To help with that flush trim bit, remember this. If its having to cut through wood on more than one side of the bit, its putting way more stress on it. The secret to using a flush trim bit is to cut the wood off close to flush (maybe leave 1/2 inch or so for the bit) and it will make your bit last longer and won't be so difficult. You just don't want to bury that bit on three sides as you're pushing it. Hope that helps for future use. Also, I recommend whiteside bits. They're more expensive, but they last much longer.

Very true. Didn't feel like doing cutting twice so just went with it. I also failed to order a spiral bit which would have worked better.

Why bother with the router, just cut it with the circular saw.

Easier from where I was working from. The sawdust made that sheathing like an ice skating rink so would be tough to walk up there with the saw. I was going to use a track saw though until I found that out.
