The iPad is definite MUST HAVE for tattooing! Procreate is a must have too. Affinity Designer is also great because it works in vector so you can scale your drawing to any size without a loss of quality. Shrink it or blow it up, looks perfect.
Awesome videos man I'm just learning procreate, unfortunately it's a slow process and you lost me when you did the Select an area and shaded around 9:00. I can't figure that one out! Also, a video on your brushes and how to/where to get them would be awesome!
I really need to get an iPad. I was actually looking at one yesterday at a pawn shop. Brandon does it matter what iPad it is? Does it have to be iPad air, pro, does it have to have cellular service or just WiFi? I know nothing about iPads besides with it and procreate seems like a game changer! I just don't know what kind to get or what type of pen to get. I heard there's more than I pen you can buy. I've never used procreate but I feel like I would need lessons on it. Is it hard to learn to use/operate As always much much RESPECT brother!
I’m with u, been thinking of getting one also, but don’t wanna jump into it without knowing.. seems u can’t go wrong with the iPad Pro but it’s expensive as HELL. Hopefully there’s a cheaper type iPad that works well. I know u can get procreate on most of them but don’t know how well it will work or what not
Have you tried Geometrica?? I've seen a few guys use it, but $10 a month seems a bit too much(unless you do a lot of geo tats). I've got Amaziograph, but it is very limited... Thanks for all the content, hope all is well, take it easy.
