Never a time where P was over Nas and Hov lol but P has always been one of my favorites. That HNIC was as good if not better than anything Hov put out in the 90's .But the public perception was never that P was bigger than Nas and Hov. The only time he was bigger than Hov was around 95 but that's because Hov has debuted that year. And P had a smash at the time.
