Well I'm pretty sure that Nayoung is going to be the leader because she is the eldest and has already proved to be a good leader from the start, but I'm sure Sejeong will shine anyway :)

Somi went from almost making the cut in TWICE to being #1 in Produce 101. JYP made the right choice not putting her in TWICE, she wasn't ready and her skills needed polishing, and that's exactly what this show did for her. Humbled her a bit and made her realize her weaknesses, and now she's stronger than ever. I used to not think fondly of her, but she's made me a huge fan now. fighting Somi! congrats to Sejeong and the top 11 as well :D all trainees worked so hard in this show!
Agree!! SO. HAPPY AND THANKFUL she didnt make in twice, JYP made it happen for a reason.... Twice is awesome but these girls omg.. Ioi is going to be big, esp if they get a good song!!
Her skills needs polishing? I can say the same thing to Sana, Mina, Tzuyu and Dahyun. Difference is Somi is a better singer and dancer than this four. Come on, Somi did not make it even though she is one who truly deserved it on Twice because of the pathetic excuse about her age

I don't get how people are acting like Somi is the only one who had the advantage. There are some girls who have advantages as well like Chaeyeon, Cathy, Dani, Chanmi and there are some girls who came from kpopstar and superstar k. Even Sohye had advantage because she had one of the most screen time on the show. Any of the trainees deserve the number 1 because they worked so hard but it just so happen that Somi became number 1. Somi has been criticised by the pd101 trainers since the beginning but she worked so hard to get to where she is now.
+XtremelyCool13 She didn't work hard. She is no better at singing, dancing, or acting. There are just a bunch of immature fans obsessed with her. Sejeong, and other girls have spent countless hours as leaders. Helping the other girls improve and work together as an effective team. Somi just takes up space and attention for herself. She is a brat.
+Arriss3 I'm guessing you haven't seen her yet on Sixteen because if you did you will see that Somi did work hard. She is so much better in dancing and singing now than when she was on Sixteen. This means she worked hard to improve. Plus just because they didn't show Somi helping the other girls it doesn't mean that she doesn't.
+Arriss3 what do you mean? her screen time was not as extensive as sohye's, mnet would just use somi's face in previews and thumbnails to get views. Somi works her ass off like you know, any other trainee in the kpop industry, i get people don't like somi but you're probably just a bit short sided to call her a brat based off of what you see from an MNET produced show, for all we know sejeong could be an asshole (i mean i don't think so i love her) but it's all just editing we don't know shit about any of their personalities.

She already earned her fans through sixteen where she went through countless mission and JYP really did has missions that took skills and talent to be an idol. Also the first two voting sessions were mostly based off visuals or previous shows that had come out and Somi really showcased herself well through sixteen. Just give her a chance and her being center isn't going to make her the next suzy.
Sejong's cry at the end made me so heartbroken... how strong she has to be to hold her tears back until that moment... I wish jellyfish could debut her ASAP!

I really like Sejeong so much despite her not getting first. She's always cheerful, energetic, natural and supportive. From her smile I can feel that she's really happy for Somi. Despite her not getting first, she's been very consistent in her performance. Always top few. And I believe that such a person like Sejeong will be blessed. She's debuted and has filmed a drama. More to go, Sejeong! And grats to Somi too!

I didn't hate Sohye because i thought it was a joke and she wouldn't make it. But when they call her name , it was really saaaad. Look at the reaction of the others 101 girls and the trainers ... I know why they report the debut lol Somi is queen . I knew since Sixteen she will be a star. I watch this show because of her.Congratz.
For me, I think she needs more training. We have other trainees who are much better than her, but I guess it's all about entertainment now, if people like her for personality or improvement, then no one cares about their talents
