She is the type of teacher that will criticize you at everything you’re doing wrong in order for you to improve. She might seem like a scary person, but she is a caring person and does want you to succeed!
She's tough but she's not judging you, she's training you so that you can become better. You may hate a teacher like that while you're in class, but when you look back on it much later you realize they were the ones that taught you the most!

But if you cant make into the industry bc you lack the skills to show it some will improve like chayeon did ironically when I first watched the season where they were making twice I said chayeon will be one of the first to leave and I hope she keeps improving so she can be in a good group one day.... well looks like she did it and she didnt sulk for days without wasting her youth to work hard and keep performing
I love her, she's a great teacher and she's brutally honest but only for the benefit of the girls. I'll always remembered how she teared up when she saw how much sohye improved in season 1
BYJ focuses on sakura and other Japanese participants like she did to sohye she believed that sohye is talented but needed to be trained in order to unleash her skill and with sakura she knows sakura can do better on what she is now for the Japanese trainees they need to be guided to hone their skills. BYJ knows how to create stars tbh

I've only seen season one and two fully but seen clips of the third. From what I gather the Japanese girls have potential but what they lack is proper training. I think she sees this and is strict to push them, something that the girls haven't been through. That is I remember hearing that the Japanese girls tend to debut and learn as they go from others Vs the Korean girls go through rigorous training to prove they are worthy of debuting.
Actually you cannot say that they lack proper training since idol requirements in japan is different than idol requirements in korea, that's like saying a boxer needs to do basketball training when those 2 sports are completely different
Hone their skills IF they decided to STAY FOR A LONG TIMe in korea but if they stay in japan? The skills that shoukd be honed would be completely different

She's my favourite trainer. She just tells it like it is, but still genuinely cares about every contestant. If she tried to sugar coat her words and tell them that they're doing good even when they're not, they'd never improve. I really respect her judgement.
The moment I started to love BYJ and realized that she was a really good teacher was when she stayed up to help Class C until like, four in the morning Produce 101. She's scary and can be a little too tough for some people, but she is at the end, a great teacher

Bae Yoon Jung is a good trainer. She has been in the business and she knows what she’s doing. The Kpop industry is tough and you need to be prepared for it very well. You’ll deal with critism all the time, it is best to hear it from someone who knows what they’re doing. She’ll make sure you succeed by giving you harsh feedback. Being ‘scary’ makes students want to improve. She is amazing

Bae Yoon Jeong is that tough but fair coach when instructing. Her feedback isn't made to make you quit, it's the most directed to how to optimize your performance.
The kpop industry demands perfection in dance and because of this dance coaches like this are essential! She is tough but we've seen behind the scenes that she has a heart! These trainees improve quickly with her and when many go back to their agencies they are better and now understand what it takes to become an idol! Their agencies should thank her!
They're basically saying that Bae Yoon Jung as a teacher is direct and strict, but when she shows her nurturing side it's adorable. They also said in essence that it's better that she's being direct to help them improve, and that's charming.
She reminded me of a teacher that i had about a year ago. I loved her because she knew the potential on you and she knew that you had to work really hard to make things for her and for yourself~ I think she likes to see the improvement of hard work and the results from it! I miss her really much and this judge is 10/10🌸
I actually love her. Yeah, I know she's a little mean but it's for their improvement. Just like how she treated Japanese trainees, see them now? they improved so much. She just looks like she's about to kill you but if she knows that the trainees are being pressured too much she'll be like a mother who will always try her best to comfort you

To be honest, I really want her as my dance teacher. Because I want her to point out my mistakes and weaknesses, so that I could improve. I don’t want teachers to see my mistake and let it slide away because they don’t wanna be harsh, I would never improve. I LOVE BAE YOON JUNG💖💖

I like the way BYJ treats the trainee eventhough she is strict and criticize you it doesn't means she doesn't want to helps you improve well in your skills that not good at but she just encourage you to work hard and pratice alot 'coz she wants you to be better when you get on stage and debut so that no one bashing you or criticize you because of skills but so that you are well prepared when you get debut and better on your skills that you are not good at but at the same time she's has kind-hearted
I was waiting for her reaction on Chaeyeon's freestyle dance of Instruction by Demi Lovato but it's was not included in the video. But still BYJ is the best ❤❤❤ even though some trainees get scolded but she wants them to improve. I cried when Erii burst into tears, we know she is working hard there 😢😭 BYJ is a caring mother especially to Chaeyeon and Sakura. BYJ invented Chaekura ❤

yeah sure of course Sakura is her bias (my bias too) because she thinks helping Sakura could also help other Japanese members She cares about Hitomi, worrying her second evaluation because Hii chan sings softly Also she has high expectations on Nako, once praising Nako for her moves being clean Good teacher....somehow I want her to be my teacher too
She reminds me a lot of Michelle Visage, in that although it's not her show - depending on the presenter - it's her you want to impress because she does want to see you do well, and if you aren't, she'l let you know so that you know how to to improve and become a better performer.
누가누가 춤 잘추나, 노래 잘하나를 위한 등급평가가 아닌 아이돌로써의 가능성/매력을 평가하는 자리니까요. 그 부분에서의 전문프로로써 느낀점이 있는것 이겠죠 뭐 결과적으로도 프로그램 내내 상위권에, 데뷔평가에서는 일본인맴버로써 2위를 하는 등 배윤정선생의 안목이 엄청났다고 생각합니다
@@imi4432 저는 시즌1도 전부봤었는데, 그럼 시즌2인가 보네요. 시즌 1에서도 실력고하가 주가 되지만 매력에 따라서 첫 등급발표가 달라진 친구들이 있었지요 이번 사쿠라도 배윤정선생님 나 믿고 A 보내자처럼 당시 평가가 트레이너가 직접 하는 부분이었으니 충분히 트레이너 재량으로 그렇게 할 수 있지 않나가 제 생각입니다 다른사람이 A가 아니라고 욕 먹을 일은 아니라는 거죠
