He’s not an mc, he hasn’t been an mc for years. He’s entertaining yes but he’s always has been and always will be jaesuk’s shadow. Would you rather they give him the award as a pity not only hurting his own pride as well as being the talk of the town as someone who is undeserving of the prize in comparison to his peers? If being sick on the job = getting award then almost every veteran comedian deserve the award.

@@Saida___He is not Jae Suk's shadow. He is Seok Jin. He has been a comedian for 33 years. He has his own efforts and a large audience all over the world. He deserves the award in the five years. He is the indispensable initiator of the race. Seok Jin told you on more than one occasion that he wanted to leave, but the channel he wants is not familiar with your news. Fake, but the channel has financial and media favoritism for not giving him his due😑😏

Producer's Award is 2nd biggest award on Entertainment Awards Night next to Daesang. It is funny how clueless people are in here calling it a made up fancy name award. This means JSJ is one step closer on getting a Daesang, to be recognized by other PDs is such a big honor for someone on entertainment industry. Past winners of this award like Lee Seunggi, Kim Jong Kook and Tak Jae Hoon eventually ends up winning Daesang.

I guess you are referring to my comment. this is what i felt after running with them for 15 years. He with SBS longer than that. im not looking down at the '2nd biggest award'. he almost 60 soon. frustrated years after years. we know what he hoping especially back in 2022. still remember they even giving him hope during that time, twas so sad. hope this dragon year will be his year.

Your argument is absurd.. the way people talk in comments isn't about they don't know that 2nd biggest award.. but for two conservative years ji sukjin is totally deserve daesang.. tak jae Hoon deserve it too for this year but giving ji sukjin bulshit award but daesang for conservative two years is same as giving pity award when ji sukjin is carrying sbs with running man for almost 15 years.. even daesang winner last year said they surprised because they didn't think they deserve it

I am proud that he finally brings home a big award and he really well deserve it! Behind the teasing and all, the members all were pretty touched that he won like they were tearing up and although it is an award show, thank you jsj for making us laugh as well! HAHAHHAAH the news

I’ve been a Running Man fan since 2011 and I still watch old episodes daily. As valuable as JSJ is to RM, y’all need to stop thinking that the Daesang is awarded to individual performance alone. A lot of people deserve it every year, and other shows are equally as successful locally. It’s the grand award for goodness sake, not some entitlement that a star should get eventually.

Producer Award isn't made up. It is existing ever since. It was way better than that Honorary Employee made-up award. Producers choose someone who they think did best for that year, thus named Producer Award. Big thanks to the producers who recognized Sukjin hyung's efforts and hardwork.
