The four vocal line in BTS (Taehyung, Jimin, Jin and Jungkook) can hit high notes effortlessly but Jin and Jimin are in charge of hitting higher notes in the group.

Listening to this who thinks RMs ability to do those low harmonies is under utilised. He sounded really good here. Is this the only time they have allowed him to do this ?

yep you're so rigth and like chris martin said, he felt that his judgment about kpop nearly makes him him miss a great opportunity to work witkh BTS . And make him realize that it's the magic of music and arts in genral is to link people together and it's what is the most important
