Oh idk if u could tell or not bc the way it’s sung is so high lol but the lyric is I’d rather be dry even tho it sounds like I’d rather be drunk but that’s the point cuz it tackles her past alcoholism
Rupaul, Grace Jones, David Bowie, and Chic use that “high fashion-esque” runway sound/voice. Rupaul’s songs: Supermodel, A Shade Shady, Looking Good/Feeling Gorgeous use that runway sound. Grace Jones is infamous for her Avant-garde voice and she often uses it in the same low monotone style, songs such as: Private Life, This Is, Cry Now - Laugh Later, have similar uses of that “runway” voice. David Bowie literally has a song called Fashion, and Lady Gaga said that she is a Bowie Fan, so perhaps she was inspired by that song. LG’s album was heavily inspired by 90’s club, house, avant-garde music, so it would be no surprise if she was inspired by those artist mentioned. Hope this helps!
I think the lady gaga voice that ur referring to is like that sassy, vogue, monotone sing-talking , she does something similar to her other song Donatella!
Most producers that reacts, they be like be so critical and they feel like they know so much. Appreciate that you really listen to the music. Subscribing
Lady gaga setting stages on fire back when most of these self called "vocal coaches and producers" (not this one) were still 10 years old, yet they are gonna "teach" her about making music? Ok... :d
Gaga’s upcoming album “Chromatica” had a lot of producers working on it. She said she really likes to pass her creativity (her songs that she wrote) on other producers’ work so that it could be more diverse. Please i want you to react to Chromatica. May 29th. Next week. 💕💕
I'd be honored if some Lady Gaga fans would take a listen to my acoustic piano & vocal performance of ALWAYS REMEMBER US THIS WAY on my YT channel in tribute to Gaga's legendary role in A Star Is Born. Live acoustic with no autotune or digital editing. Thanks and stay safe.
Gaga does that “high-fashion” voice in most of her songs. You can hear it in Venus, Donatella, Black Jesus + Amen Fashion, and Fashion. I feel like it’s her signature style of signing.
Okay but Blake is my favorite new find. He’s a music producer and understands/appreciates the intricacies of music production and he’s so handsome! What a combo!
dang this is the best reaction channel, just one shot and with dissect analysis and it’s smooth, not like pausing way too long like other reaction creator
I don’t know why but watching your reaction makes me hearing all the different sounds I didn’t hear while listening the song for the first time. It just hits me in another way lol it’s weird. It’s cool tho
Lyonel Hiusei lol what? I love Ari but she sounded the same on this song that she always does? She mostly just harmonized and did runs. Gaga had at least three different pitches and ranges. How was that boring?
It's so satisfying when you tell us what's gonna happen next and the song does it. Actually in this case that lead-up and payoff sorta mirrors what you were actually looking at, which was the buildup and drop. So satisfyinggggg
yesss, i know u probably have a whole list of reactions but when u get time u need to react to an ariana album (maybe thank u, next or dangerous woman).

Rewatching your reaction for the (countless) time and my main take away from this current rewatch is: you were totally right. This was Gaga’s “summer song” and she earned Gaga her 12th Grammy (out of 13 currently) and Ariana her 2nd. Not only is Gaga genuinely talented, but she knows how to wow and WIN.
I like how they match two totally different styles of vocals in this song. Gaga's in this song is raw, rough and powerful while Ariana's is soft, gentle and sexy. Also, I can tell Ariana has changed her "normally singing style" in this song too! Very fresh and interesting collab and catchy song, thanks Gaga.
dude i’ve just discovered your chanel! and i’m obsessed! it’s so interesting hearing an full breakdown from a music producer, keep up the content mate! would love you to review chromatica when i comes out next week!
I truly love how you break it down. I’m not a music expert and I wish I could learn more. I sing a little, wish I could produce and write more. This helps tremendously! I notice everything you notice, I like everything you liked, it’s just about knowing the whys and how’s of the song itself. Loveeeeeee this dissection 😂 gonna call it a dissection lol
Gaga make that voice in Dance in the Dark, G.U.Y, Venus I remembered those songs before Voge because it's Gaga's style XD Pd. Nice video, New subscriber
The "fashiony" voice you're referring to is in "Born This Way" "Sheibe" "Government Hooker" Basically the whole "Born This Way" album and a few songs from "Artpop" and her cover with the Tom Ford collection "I Want Your Love" which all would be great for reviews.
This is what we called HOUSE MUSIC!! Love it!! Dancing all over the house...hence HOUSE MUSIC!! Love your reaction too. You are very knowledgeable!! I said the same things as I listened to it!!!!
I swear you are the best producer reaction ever ! I felt like you really enjoying and listening to the music rather than just just be critical about it subscribing NOW 👌🏻🙏🏻
Hi Blake!! Can you please react to One Direction live performance in San Siro? It was part of the “Where We Are Tour” which is the tour for “Midnight Memories” album. It was also filmed professionally and turned into sort of a movie of the whole concert I guess. It’s 1 hour and 40 minutes long so I don’t know if you would react to the full thing in one go but I surely want to watch your reaction. They sound amazing in their albums but live performances are something out of this world, the energy and passion they put into singing is insane! I promise you all of the 1D fandom (I know for a fact that you gained a lot of Directioner subscribers when you began reacting to their stuff) love that concert so much it was and will always be iconic. I recommended it to you not only because it was filmed professionally and you can easily find it on RU-vid but also because it involved multiple fan projects that even made it to the news back then!! I’m telling you it was iconic in every way possible hahaha. The whole tour was a sold out stadium tour and the San Siro show held over 80k people so you’ll be impressed with the energy from the crowd as well I promise! We’re a loud bunch and a big family hehehe. If you’re interested here’s the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dnorWxfMQ5Y.html I really hope you’ll consider reacting to it!
Appreciate muchly your description “dirty bass”! That is my JAM. You are good at this.....first time viewer here. 👊😎 Side note : love ya groovin’ whilst listening. I’m groovin’ with ya’!
