I love when you can hear the crew laughing at Dave's jokes. Not just Herb and the guest but the background crew is audibly laughing with Dave! This episode isn't the first time it's happened but listen closely after the "Snow Jordan's" bit.. :)

Ya, the progression is IV-V-I-VIm. The chorus melody ultimately resolves to Db. The fact that the progression has a V/I as opposed to a direct movement from V-to-VIm further evidences this.
