My favourite bit is the clear distinction between the roles of PLs and PMs given by Afonso at around minute 25:00 of the talk - Product Leaders are accountable for strategic context (vision, strategy, principles and objectives) and people management (hiring, topology, coaching) - Product Managers are accountable for continous product discovery, delivery, launch and performance management Would be interesting to understand how successfull companies solve this division of roles in practice. Its not an easy job!
