I think he answered really well on the questions but I think it could be made more interesting. But I literally learned a lot like with the questions like "Discuss the time when you led initiative" OR "How did you convince the team" , The answers to this questions tells a lot about him and his experience.
First i thought he is quite reserved in communication and I was wondering why. But suddenly once he was asked to introduce he is off with a flash and unstoppable. OMG. He proved with the introduction that he is a marketing manager there itself
Great interview! First answer felt like a podcast, but he really tightened things up at the middle and the end. Really enjoyed the specific examples and collaboration stories. Would hire for sure.
Agree, I thought the first questions went too much into what his company, which I think an interviewer wouldn't need to know and start glancing over, more relevant would be to focus on what he did there.
Nick rocked the interview! Something I would avoid though is the constant use of filler words (umm and uhh), yet this did not reduce the quality of the mock interview! Great job!
OMG!! Seriously long intro to the first question in the interview! Suggestion to the interviewee to break it down and pace!! The interviewee rambles on a lot! Yikes 😱
As a hiring manager, one of the things I hate hearing a candidate say is "definitely" as the first response to my question. I asked a question, not a favor.
