I came here to ask the compass question LOL! I like the way it looks and I am a fan of Magnet mounts. I use Magnet mounts for 2 of my side cameras so I never have to worry about prying the camera out of its case to get it off or if I want to change the angle, I just move it.

How does the magnets affect your plane's compass? Did you need to do a new compass correction card?

My thoughts Dan, like Gorgly, it's amazing how much compasses are affected by magnets as far as 18" away.

Thanks for the product review Dan. I will check them out. I am in the market for a good iPad mini mount that can be adapted to work in multiple aircraft.
