I thought you did a good job with the review. The thing I like most is that you can mark the spot you shot on gps, and just like you said go to that exact spot and see if there’s blood or fur. Great job brother.
I'm wondering if it will fit in my travel Bow case, which is a Pelican 1745 Air Bow Case (top of the line).Any suggestions, Like can it be taken apart then reassembled?
Right on. Just moved to Missouri And sportsmen warehouse has the A1 $600 i use one arrow for all kills. What part of MO you from? Looking for a good bow shop.
I miss ranged the biggest deer of my life 2 years ago and shot over him in the heat of moment! Actually had ranged this scrape at 32 yards that I could see from stand and didn’t realize there was one in front of it at 27 yards. Shot over deer and been sick since that! I’m really considering buying this sight! In heat of moment it becomes hard to range and get a shot in where I hunt. Bucks during rut are moving quickly.
garmin needs to have tutorials on this site. Their website gives you very little guidance and the instruction book is the same. How do i set it for fixed pins? what buttons do i have to push? If i want to set pin brightness? same thing. I find myself just pressing the four buttons on the top of the site for trial and error and taking the risk of changing something in the process. Only one video on youtube is for set up only, and he does a very good job. But they need to start showing us how to access all the features using the top four buttons. Yea it walks you through set up. How do you get back to set up if you want to put it on another bow? Good sight, just poor instruction on how to use it.
@@stewartforbes5974 Probably as long as adjustments were not made. IT will remember the pin gaps on the A1i, not sure on the A1 version though. IF it is out all you need to do is reset the primary pin and the sight should adjust the pins accordingly. ITs pretty easy. The instructions are horrible though.
You have to be a rocket scientist too set it up. What if you don't a a clean open view? Does it effect the range finder?Sorry it isn't worth 8 to 9 hundred dollars.
@@hatto018 yup, it was a bit confusing, the manual that came with the sight is not that great, however the online one is a lot better or i felt it was. hardest part for me was figuring out the rail system and how to move it. Ugh, wish there was micro adjust on this via a knob, especially when your getting close and you go to nudge it that last 1/2 slot and it goes way to far.
