The future is here! The SparkFun Qwiic Transparent Graphical OLED Breakout allows you to display custom images on a transparent screen using either SPI or I2C connections. Brilliantly lit in the dark and still visible by daylight, this OLED sports a display area of 128x64 pixels, 128x56 of which are completely transparent. Utilizing our handy Qwiic system, no soldering is required to connect it to the rest of your system making it easy to get started with your own images. However, we still have broken out 0.1"-spaced pins in case you prefer to use a breadboard.

Sort of like VR. After this idea I considered making a mixed reality visor. And then I gave up become I gotta make good grades to graduate engineering school. 😂

Lets say I have the OLED screen but not the breakout board. Is there any chance I could buy one of the breakout boards from SparkFun and connect them myself, and if so, which breakout board would it be specifically-what is its name. Thank you!

The mount in the video was the first print of my first design, so it has some issues. So I will be doing a quick redesign, and posting that, and probably a build tutorial, on the SparkFun website. I think I'm also going to use an IR beam at the muzzle to detect ammo count, so keep an eye out!

I'm probably going to wind up doing that. I'll include the .stl file for the mount (once I refine the design), and talk about all the other stuff I've done to the blaster. It will be posted on SparkFun's website (with another video here, no doubt), so keep an eye there!

Can anyone please , please ,please teach me how to upload desired items into that display using arduino ? And also , what kind of files are these that we see on the screen ? For example : "THE DOOM" one in the video ? How to do that ?

Hey , I went to your given link above and i read all that stuff on sparkfun.com ! They said , we can also display our own custom images on the OLED display instead of their breakout libraries too ..is this really true ! And if , then how to do do ?

The only thing I can think off while watching this video is to use the screen for watching RU-vid video while in the toilet room without anyone noticing
