Just so you know..... According to evicted house guests and winners, they tell you your options... For example, if Britney wanted to put up Boogie and Frank production might say "why Frank and Boogie have you thought of Janelle and Danielle... Power moves are needed to win this game you know." In a way they are almost like a houseguest trying to save their ally. This is what production does on many reality shows. Just so you know.

On Allison's season (3 amigos), didn't production let her win one of the HOH challenges when the TV screens/feeds showed that she made a mistake (the challenge with the steps)
It's not really much of Big Brother. Seasons 1-5 were genuine and fun and Julie Chen definitely had a lot more fun than she does now. But it's not Big Big brother. It's there fucking producer Alison Grodner. In Big Brother 7, on the live feeds, Will Kirby stated that "they" won't accept anything he wants to say about the houseguests. He stated that the DR wanted bad things to come from him.
Then why don't we see the unedited DR sessions to make sure, and why do they put the feeds on fish whenever someone brings it up? One or two hamsters mentioning things like these may not be much, but this has been going on since BB8, with Amber and Dustin mentioning DR manipulation, and has been a problem since. Coincidently, BB8 was Allison and Rich's first season, sans Arnold. Nah, they don't manipulate! :/
I love other countries' BB shows so much more. Their diary room sessions are spontaneous and funny and genuine, for the most part. In the US BB - everything is totally scripted. The HG sit in the DR and yell and say the corniest crap - there's hardly anything that doesn't sound preplanned. Everything about the US BB seems so skewed to outcomes that are "arranged". The BB DR interactions in other countries are hysterical sometimes, too. Here, they're just parroting what production wants.

Other than BBUS & BBCAN, I've watched BB Australia, BBUK (which is by far the best!), Loft Story (which was the first Big Brother in Canada, it was in Quebec, French only) Secret Story (France's version), & a little big from Germany & Big Boss in India. BBUK is amazing. As a Canadian, I was introduced to big brother with the US version, so I assumed that that was the format that they all followed - how wrong I was. BBUS & BBCAN are the only two that follow their format. The REAL big brother concept is far better in every way, especially in realism.
With The Cookout’s reign in #BB23, it looks like we’re seeing the end of the damage that Robyn Kass’s casting has done to this reality institution. Funny how this season (23) has more POC, and yet is still entertaining without having to resort to drama and fireworks.
Why would you believe production got involved to save frank the week of the coaches reset but not accept that they got involved a week later to substitute Jani leaving instead of frank leaving? Production was trying to save frank all season...boogie's friend and mentor don wollman... Frank cheated at least 3 times and was only DQ the 3d time... Production wanted dan and brit out instead of frank and removed feeds where ian said so. It's not the old bb...they cheat, lie, cover-up...
You sound paranoid. Shane was referring to the coaches twist in this clip. Secondly, the "Frank was cheating" BS was debunked by everyone during the after parties. Everyone, including Ian, said it was complete nonsense. If production wanted Dan out, why would they give him 2 chances at VETO when Frank was HOH? Makes no sense at all.
