Да начхать, ты понял что они делают? И вполне успешно делают... Они блоки цилиндров делают на трактора и грузовики. И даже есть контроль качества микрометром... Понятно что качество металла и т.п. Но раз делают, то спрос есть и неплохой.
@@i-N0body это как у китайцев, из говна и палок за копейки, но и служит раза в 3 меньше чем ориджинал. Я сомневаюсь, что ты китайские запчасти на свою машину берешь от хорошей жизни. Но ведь берут и спрос есть.
Parts are expensive for their income and rupee. They use all their tools, creativity and skill to overcome that. My all respect to these guys, they are just wonderful. Congrats from Brazil.
Molted metal...no safety shoes....no head protection...eye protection...proper hand gloves....or even a safety apron... I hope no one gets an accident.... For sure they don't have accident insurance.... Full respect and admiration to this guys.

I have the utmost respect for these guys working under these conditions with little or no safety equipment and most are bare footed working around molten metal with power hazards everywhere you look~! It is amazing to watch them accomplish making such a special item that is needed to keep all logistics moving to supply the world with the products needed on a daily basis. I salute these guys and wish them much luck for staying safe as possible. 👍💪💪🙏🙏
I have a word for working around molten metal in sandals, & wearing loose clothing working around power equipment, & it's definitely NOT amazing! I call it STUPIDITY!!
Maybe, but it's stupidity to work around molten metal in sandals, & power equipment in loose fitting clothes. Granted some of threem can't do anything about the squalor conditions they work in, but they can & should do something about how they dress.
I'm sure that the metallurgy is spot on. Props to these guys for turning out parts under such conditions. We don't realize how good we have it in the west.

These are masters, i dont care who you are or where you learned to get your skills. These people learn when they are very young and can’t read. Try making these without reading just from memory. Computer skill don’t mean none. This is blood sweet and tears. Bravo to these people.
@Putlerbish tons of people have these skills. Myself work on cnc and manual lathes. We hold grinder tolerance on a manual lathes every day. Are they skilled yes. They are only as good as there tools
@Putlerbish no. I make all kinds of parts. Reverse engineering older stuff but everything is made from stock. If it’s stuff for me and don’t mean anything I will repair old parts or make one better than original
@Putlerbish I got 3 colechester 56 inch bed engine lathes and mainly work and program a mori nl2500 4 axis lathe Some of second op stuff has to be done on engine lathe but the cnc has a sub spindle
What do you mean no CNC? This is a revolutionary advancement in CNC technology - the dirt cheap CNC machine that runs on Lays chips sitting on the cross slide (10:11), and occasionally some butter chicken. Very low upfront costs and very low maintenance. All kidding aside, they clearly have a CNC machine - you can see it at 17:21 (and before) - now granted it looks like it hasn't been powered on since 1992, and it's turned into a forlorn blueprint storage area, but clearly this shop has "CNC capabilities"

Impressive .Getting it done using whatever is available locally. Very resourceful people. Laugh all you want , but I don't see anyone here in the US being able, or much less knowledgeable , to do this when supplies and new parts run out here. Use to be every town had a blacksmith or later on a machine shop..this doesn't exist here anymore.
"being able, or much less knowledgeable, to do this", of course, in the U.S. the skill level and knowledge are higher now using automated CNC machines to produce more precision, many times faster and at a lower cost. Sure you can admire the skill required to drive a horse buggy, but would you want to go back to horse buggy. I bet you rather drive a car which requires a different skill.
@@gooddealonly you're not getting my point. These people are not dependent on computers to do the calculations, thinking and work for them. These people have better problem solving mechanical skills using only what they have on hand ,that normally would get thrown away here, and they still get the job done. Take away that fancy CNC machine and people here are helpless. These people can fix things that people here cannot or will not..young men here especially are lacking in any mechanical skills or ability to work like these foreign young men. By the way, I do drive an older model car with reliable easily repaired analog technology. With no power assist in steering or braking, it does require a different skill to drive it. Nothing wrong with that. I don't buy into the hype that newer and more technical is necessarily always better. Have a good evening.

Absolutely not and neither would you. 45 years ago, I drove a 1977 Plymouth Fury on a 450-mile long trip. I smell rubber burning. I found a V belt was gone. I drove to the nearest one-man country garage and bought the belt. The guy came back and told me the bearing on the alternator was seized. That was on a Sunday and no auto part store is open. He suggested that he could replace the bearing instead of replacing the alternator but that would take a couple of hours. I agreed. He disassembled the alternator and replace the two bearings for something like $50.00. The minimum wage back then was $1.25/hr. That was the last real "repair" job I've seen. From then on, everything is replaced instead of repaired. The labor cost is so high that a replacement is cheaper than repairing. I also used to drive multiple VW manual transmission minibusses, the hippy van that require constant valve clear adjustment. Does anybody still know what is valve clearance adjustment? It was fun and skill to drive a manual transmission, change the oil, adjust the valve... But, I never look back after I got my first new van, a Ford Aerostar van. I always said the technician or craftsman who can accomplish the job with minimum tools has the highest skill. They are to be admired, but not admired because, with better tools, the job can be done faster with less skill.
@@gooddealonlyI disagree, the arsenal of tools required to maybe repair these late model cars today is substantial and quite costly . The designs now are not meant to be serviced quickly or easily if at all. I'm an auto mechanic/ tech by trade and have been tinkering with cars for 35 years. The older cars require less tools and time to fix. Their designs allow them to be serviceable and rebuildable. Example: to change a alternator on a 2012 Chevy traverse requires disassembly of unrelated component sections requiring multiple specialized tools along with a floor jack and lug wrench for wheel removal just to get at the alternator. Takes a few hours to complete. To do the same alternator r&r job on my 1964 Chevy requires a couple simple basic standard size wrenches and a long bar. Job takes maybe 10/ 15 minutes to complete. Minimal tools in the shortest time goes to the old simple analog tech. Not the so called better newer tech. Car repair today requires way more tools than it used to and takes more time to perform the work. That's why it costs more now. I've been down the convenient late model vehicle route and reverted back to old tech from my youth because I can fix it faster with less. I'll never buy a brand new car again. They are too technical ,require too many specialized costly tools, constantly outdating and updating which translates into more new tools needed to service them and have become beyond the average man's ability to maintain and repair . As you said it's a remove and replace approach now. A throw away culture we have become. People can't fix things anymore ..only reliant on replacement parts so long as those parts are manufactured and available. That makes us weak.

It’s a crazy process to behold. Technology 175 years old still being used. It’s quite the market for sure. Make what ever needs to made. Questionable QA. Everything eventually gets sold and used till of course it breaks. Then recycle and melt again. The cycle is complete. I guess it’s a system that works.
I get, I do. You do what you have to survive. Parts are ungodly expensive as it is and this is a necessary evil for some. That said… I worked in the diesel industry for over 20 years and always amazed watching these videos; however, quality control and consistency is right out the window here. Who only knows the wear characteristics of these liners after seeing all matters of iron and steel mixing in that furnace. Again amazing but a guessing game too.

Totally amazing craftsmen engineers and they have to be extra careful owing to their heated environment and non safety clothing or No Shoes a moult from any time would burn straight through any ones foot even if you had boots I also salute these guys so tallented extremely well trained their brains must be running a million MPH

@@NeoFotistos62 да не живут они там вообще, это выживание и каждый из них мечтает свалить куда-нибудь где почище, свежее да ещё и зарплату дают вместо баланды. И металл там низкого качества (тупо из лома с мусорки) поэтому они не делают самолёты а покупают их у тех где "аккуратно и не пыльно". Все зажимные механизмы (бабки на станках) затягивают куском трубы - на нормальных предприятиях за такое начальник цеха в рог бы дал. А затягивают так потому что пыль везде и подшипники в пылевом говне плавают и ручками тяжеленько крутить то что должно крутиться двумя пальчиками. Цыгане.

Качество конечно же ГОВНО,но какие они молодцы,я смотрю и охуеваю. Представьте как раньше,давным давно,когда цивилизация только зарождалась,как изготавливались те же станки для обработки того же чугуна, инструменты и прочее. Наверно всё резалось,шлифовалось и прочие операции, каменными топорами! Ёпте,в одном из видео этого канала я увидел как они отливают поршни- я охуел от примитивности и скорости производства. У меня только один вопрос- все что они клепают идёт на внутренний рынок или они умудряются ещё и экспортировать???

Та нормально. Первая установка после литья. Там припуска миллиметров по 3-5на сторону. Чувак с третьего удара биение на глаз выставил. Имхо на опыте он спокойно без доп мерителя, в 0.3 биения на глаз попадет. Чего вполне достаточно для базовой операции. Точит черновую внутреннюю от которой остальные уже на центрах работают. Это нормально:)
Это жесть какого качества эти гильзы , они их натурально из гавна отлили, чуть ли не напильноком обтачили и готово, надеюсь это не для наших тракторов делают.
Из какого говна льют и на что льют это их дело. Явно не для музейных экспонатов. Рас делают значит гильзи рабочие ты посмотри с обычном токарным станком какие чудеса творят некоторые даже резьбу нормально не умеют нарезать. А насчет твоего трактора не беспокойся до тебя явно не дойдут им самим нужнее. А от себя скажу кросавцы по другому не скажешь от них есть к чему научится им бы завод какой нибудь полноценный дать дали бы они жару...

I understand that not everywhere are the same standards but working neatly, clean your working space and a little common sense should make life a lot easier and faster. I do not blame the workers but the owners. The workers will be deaf, blind and dead after a while. For them i have great respect, they also don’t know any better but the bosses/ owners do.
Craft,skill ,call it what you like, the productivity is outstanding, though proabily not considered eco friendly manufacturing wise ,it the fire to engine block,it proably most certainly is
Huh, that junk isn't worth the bother. Any old metal scrap with god-knows what tolerances. No wonder half the trucks are broken down wrecks and the others smoke like the furnaces of hell.
@@alexanderbalabin4815 первый раз слышу какой температурный режим металл льют пока течёт нет у него другой температуры как 1600 1800 градусов а потом заново надо нагревать если проебал момент и щас всё делают из металалома никто щас уже не ковыряется в земле и не добывает эту руду её добыто столько что на миллионы лет хватит металл не теряет своих свойств при переплавке хоть 1000 раз его переплавляй тут зависит что хочешь получить то и добавляй в этот суп

Reminds me of early pioneers and farmers through the 30's and war time. Either had to fix or invent to keep things working right at home. Ever see a fence post cut off with leather straps around it and used as a piston? I have .
I truly enjoy these types of videos. It's too bad that our governments in the west don't allow us to do these things. Everything is disposable and almost every major company is Against Right to Repair etc.
