Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you what happened in this around the house happenings video! A day in the life of a sahm if you will! Always something to do and get done! I tackled our laundry mountain, cleaned around the house, cleaned the kitchen, cleaned my bedroom finally! a little bedroom refresh and it feels so good! Can't wait to fully finish my bedroom too! And I cleaned up after a 90th birthday party that we threw! I also share with you some thoughts that have been going on in my mind lately so I hope as always that you enjoy hanging out with me! Thank you for being a friend!

As a Grammy of three, I had my daughter put me on the kid’s teachers’ email chains, so whatever she gets, I get. That way I can help her remember what the kids need or I just handle it myself for her if I can. Takes the weight off two working parents and keeps this Grammy busy and connected with the kids.

My Mama turned 81 in Jan, & stills plays bridge 2-3x/wk w/a group of other ladies, many of whom are 80-90+ yrs old! Elderly ppl are a treasure♡

As a mom of 3 that drops the ball all the time, I can tell you that your children will not remember about wearing the wrong colors , but what they will remember is how you care for them, nurtured their souls & made them feel. Yep growing up in the 90’s was an amazing time to grow up. I remember coming home from college after being in college for 2 years to my parents’ first computer and a dialup internet but it was still so slow I never used the home computer but during college the summer before this I had to use the library computer and internet for my chemistry class and when I searched for something it brought everything besides what I specifically was looking for and trying to figure out how to filter thwt down to only what I was actually looking for was crazy.

We lost my dad January a year ago at 92. He turned 90 during Covid, so we had a huge 92nd birthday party for him. I’m so thankful for that sweet time, because we lost him a few months later. He was awesome! I miss him so much! Thank you for reminding me of those sweet memories!

Kim, a suggestion. Have people bring towels if they want swim! Have them take them home when they leave. Have folks bri g towels that they will know is theirs. If they get separated from owners, hang them outside to dry. Give back next time they come over. Now knowing you, uou will be tempted to wash and dry them yourself. DON'T!!! YOUR GENEROSITY KNOWS NO BOUNDARIES 😂. But parties and clean-up for everyone is wearing you out. Family and friends are wearing you out and taking g advantage. You have the pool, you have the big house, you cook, plus buy the food and drinks. Wish I had a you in my family!

She doesn't have a pool. She has a lake. But having kids bring their own towels is a good idea, but she may end up with towels that are not hers, like she ended up with swimsuits that weren't theirs, when she did have a pool, at their previous house. I don't think anyone is taking advantage of Kim. They love to entertain. I believe it's her love language. Her husband is the one who is always inviting people over. They are just an entertaining, friendly couple! When my kids were young, we always had their friends come to our house to play. That way, we knew our kids were safe, especially if we didn't know the family! I think it's more important in today's culture, than when our kids were young, in the 90s!

That's true that Kim does, especially her husband loves to entertain but I can tell in some of Kim's vlogs when she talks about them having this or that at their house that Kim is tired and maybe doesn't really want to and would rather have a quiet movie night at home with family and I have heard her say that b4. But seriously, Kim is a busy person that's who she is ,she likes to stay busy and that's great but I would like to see her relax sometimes. But it would b nice if family and friends would remember to take their own bathing suits and towels home and I think some family and friends bring some food dishes to whatever event their doing at their house when probably they tell not to worry or got it all . Their just kind and sweet people😊❤

My grandma just turned 105 on March 7th and still lives at her house with her son. I ordered those birthday decoration for my hubbies 60th birthday last year. Instead of the banner I got a wooden like plaque that sits on the table with question from the year he was born he loved it and has it on his desk.❤❤❤

I graduated in 1970 from high school. The sixty’s and seventy’s were my favorite years…I love The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, The Doors, The Beach Boys and many more I’ve seen all in concert. I have that fountain, but it shoots the water WAY to high. I have a tool that will make holes bigger, and I took a few of the holes in the fountain and made them bigger, which caused the water to be more contained in the bowl I have it in...

So many kids stuff at the end of the year. I feel like the moms with like multiple kids definitely have it rougher.... I feel like I could manage stuff like primary color day better with one kid. But there's just way too much stuff going on now. 😂 And we are bare minimum around here.

Girl, you need to hire a "mother's helper"! I was one in 7th grade. And while the mom was there, I helped with chores, babysitting, reading with kids, etc. A couple of afternoons a week. It was great!

My daughters room was my embarrassing room😂 It became the dump ground for clean clothes that I wasn't able to get to just yet..plus other stuff..because shes not sleeping in there yet. My daughter is a little over 2. I weaned her a week and a half ago....I tried organizing and cleaning that room many times and always got interrupted by her. .or my son. Well since shes been weaned her cling went from a 10 to a 3-4 😂 I find myself with all this free time.. it's so nice. I also think its amazing that you guys are willing to host such a big easter event! It looks exhausting but fun!!

saw a picture on fb of a buffet made out of slowcookers, put stuff in in the morning, turn on and keep warm until you need it, a lady bought 4 and borrowed four and piled them all along a long table so people can scoop up what they want
